Another great issue guys. Loved the robots theme and especially enjoyed the Mega Man/X history section.

I've got to remind myself to get those... -.-;
Fear your thoughts because they become your words
Fear your words because they become your actions
Fear your actions because they become your habits
Fear your habits because they become your character
Fear your character because it becomes your destiny
Therefore: Thinking and nurturing positive thoughts, at any point in your life, can change your destiny.
Just got mine the other day, my first "Free subscription" issue. Needless to say, it was great, and I will renew after my free subscription is up.
Great work guys, loving the reviews, keep up the good work.

The Mr. Do comic was the best part.

Tony Bueno (The artist of this comic) e-mailed me because he thought my comment meant that I didn't like the comic. When, in fact, I loved the comic. This was just what Mr.Do! said in the comic and I thought it was hilarious!Originally Posted by Cmosfm
So, anyone that reads my comment, please know that I do in fact really really like the comic and look forward to more next issue. Actually, it will be the first thing I turn to!
Keep of the GREAT work Tony!
When Dave G took over the layout and distribution of the DP paper publication, it immediately improved in every conceiveable way. The last five or six issues have been the best "fanzines" EVER, in my opinion. They're very stylish yet still have that homegrown feel to them. Kudos to Dave and the whole writing team.
Kudos to you as well.

These came out already?

Well, there goes my weekend.

I was impressed by the layout, too. The recent DP was the first issue I got, and the layout of the headers for the reviews and articles, and the pictured box art are really well done. Moreover, the comments about the box arts were funny and smart.Originally Posted by digitalpress
I liked especially the comment on the the box art of the first Mega Man: "Evidently, the artist commissioned for this piece was told to depict a roller disco guy doing the cabbage patch. Scary."
Speaking of which.. where's the info on that back issue cd? This site is somewhat hard to navigate with lots of hidden pages that I seem to never be able to find :P
I'm getting to that... I need to put together a page for this product and get all of our stuff together in one place. Coming soon, I promise!Originally Posted by NE146
PS I just read Jeff Belmonte's "Outside The Box" article and I LAUGHED MY ASS OFF. I really haven't seen this quality of writing in a PRO publication in years. Except for Tips & Tricks of course, heh. Erm, and whoever Zach Meston is writing for these days, 'natch.

But seriously, thanks for the huge compliment. My wife, not being much of a gamer, read the whole thing in puzzled bewilderment last night. Nice to hear from someone who "gets it".
How do I sign up? (sorry for not paying attention to something I missed)

Joe - the page looks good, but I found a small mistake, and I have trouble resisting my grammar-nazi impulses, so here goes:
