I like this lineup. I see that you are only including the "better" as you might say, lineup for the nest year?

So who on here thinks 2005's lineup is better than 2004's?? Also, isn't for the DS the New SMB and Mario Kart coming next year?? Not really sure.

My most anticipated games by year are:
    2003 - Mario Kart: DD
    2004 - Goldeneye
    2005 - Legend of Zelda

I particularly didn't like this year even CLOSE to as much as I liked 2003. And with LOZ coming out in '05, all I can say is is that it brings tears to my eyes. It's just so beautiful!

    On the GameCube:

Yep, as I'd imagined... a very, very niche line-up that will again only appeal to the people who already own the systems. I'm happy with a few of those games, and I think most GameCube owners will be too - but if any of us had questions as to why our Xbox, PS2 or even older systems get played more it is that line-up that answers it. I'm sure a lot is missing from that list, but few of the missing titles will be exclusives so it hardly matters. I hate to sound like I am bashing Nintendo, as I am a big fan - especially of the 'Cube, but that is just sad.

I can't wait for LOZ in any case. It should be a spectacular way to send off the GameCube.

For the Cube I see a very solid lineup with about one awesome title each month in the first quarter, which I think is plenty for the average gamer.
I just hope Star Fox Assault makes up for Star Fox Adventures... sigh. x_x

Looks like solid lineups all across the board.

The Zelda's and Warioware's are must haves. Wonder if Killer 7 is still on track for Feb?

This is lame of Nintendo... there were like 4 DS games scheduled for the 10th of January, but they have all been pushed back.

Well, no DS for me until there's an Animal Crossing for it. If Nintendo wants to wait on me they can. Actually, if there's any new news on their new console by then I just may wait for the full-blown Animal Crossing 2.

Yeah, how dare they extend a development cycle to make sure it's quality product

And how do you know the delay is for working on it, and not a Minish Cap style delay?

Well, when it's schduled for release, Q2, it's no where near the end of the GC. As said by Nintendo, they are going to be still making GC games long after the Evolution is released. That would definatley be cool!!!

Same here!! I am really looking forward to that game!! Anything that Nintendo makes that isn't there "usual franchise" is usually awesome.

Although I understand what you are saying, it seems like it could have possible for at least one of the games (like Metroid) finished, after all, it has had such a large public showcase.

God, I hope so because a GC list that lame means I'll have plenty of cash for other systems.

I thought it was Q4, 2005. But anyway, I know Nintendo says it plans to support both. I'd say 2006 will have decent support, but I just don't see Nintendo having the resources to concentrate on quality games for both - so I'm sort of counting it as the last huge game for the system. I'd like to be wrong, we'll see how things go.

I'm surprised to see the second GBA Klonoa game listed up there. Didn't think that had a chance of being released in the US.

So this is a US release date list? I'm surprised to see that they have plans to release the GameCube Fire Emblem in the US, and so soon too. Was it already released in Japan? Seems like a speedy development. I'll definitely get that sooner or later.

What's up with "Fire Emblem 2" for GBA, though? To the best of my knowledge, they haven't made a third Fire Emblem for GBA in Japan. Is Nintendo of America being all idiotic and backwards and releasing the first GBA Fire Emblem that they passed up a release of before as the sequel to the previous one (which was in fact the second of the two)? Here we go Tales of Destiny 2 all over again... >_<
