I don't think that list is quite accurate, as it includes a lot of Playchoice-10 games, which can hardly be considered arcade titles for the most part. It also includes games like Pinbot -- not really a 'port' since it's based off a pinball machine.

It is interesting to note how many NES games were changed fairly radically from their arcade incarnations. Rygar and Double Dragon were mentioned above, but Trojan is also pretty different from the arcade version, and Contra made the shift from a vertical screen to a horizontal one and still worked great (actually, I never understood the vertical nature of the arcade Contra - it works well for the waterfall level, but that's about it). And dare I mention the awful port of Shinobi (based off the SMS version, I guess)? The gameplay of Punch-Out is also rather different than the arcade version.
