And Bubble Bathe Babes...
or I was just looking for a reason to mention Bubble bathe babes. Either way, that's my answer and I am sticking to it.
Using Ebay as a "tool" and money no object? Something you only see once a year or more.
I'd say it would be an unlicensed game but I do see Bubble Bath Babes on to often to be hard to get.

tnx for the replies. Doesnt matter if its PAL or NTSC
Ye.. i forgot to add games from Panesian to the "exception list", i know games from Panesian are realy realy hard to find
PAL - Devil World
NTSC - Myriad /Caltron
Pro Sport Hockey is one of the hard to get too.
Oh eBay! you are such a pain, I am addicted to you like crack cocaine. You offer things I cannot find in stores,You are the pimp, and we are all your whores.
In my experience Mr. Gimmick PAL.
It also depends a lot where you live though.
Yeah, here in Sweden I don't find Mr Gimmick that hard to track down (there are two auctions for it right now for examle) but then again Scandinavia was the area where it was released. You can come across Devil World quite often here as well.Originally Posted by Ruudos

Here are the extremely rare one that cost a fortune:
Myriad 6 in 1
Stadium Events
Cheetahmen 2
Bubble Bath Babes
Hot Slots
Peek a Boo Poker
Caltron 6 in 1
Here are some other ones that are quite rare and pretty expensive:
Flintstones 2:Suprise at Dinosaur Peak
Action 52
Secret Scout
Maxi 15
Bubble Bobble 2
Snow Brothers
Everyone more or less is going to just keep saying the same ones over and over. All the rarest have been mentioned.
If it's open to all regions, then it's either Rodland or Devil World - and they're both PAL.
If it's NTSC - then it's either the Myriad 6-in-1 or Caltron 6-in -1 or any of the three Panesians. They are all unlicensed.
If it's NTSC licensed - it's Stadium Events hands down.
Great to deal with: Leonk, AdamG, Cheesystick, DigitalPress, ButtaSuperb, Hydr0x, Darth Vader, Gary Gnu, Portnoyd, NexWave, Postermen, Kaine23, ARCZero, kai123, Buyatari, Minilek, DREW, bighab, AlanD, Flack
I understand why this is one of the slightly harder ones; I would assume that since it was released so late, it's like Flintstones 2. However, what caused the jump in scarcity between the printed classic guide and the current online guide? I would think scarcities would go down (as stockpiles may be found), but going up confuses me a bit.Originally Posted by sniperCCJVQ
I just found a Pro Sport Hockey yesterday, which is why I ask. I bought it, because I knew it was an R7 online, but checking in my paper guide, it's listed as an R5.
Devil World not. Very rare, but not as rare as Rodland or Mr. Gimmick. Devil World is another example of rarity that differs per region. Almost impossible to find in Holland, but seen far more in Sweden. If it's open to all regions, then it's either Rodland or Devil World - and they're both PAL.
Don't forget Tengen Tetris.

It's been two and a half years since the classic guide was published. Things do change. Pro Sport Hockey HAS gotten harder to find. Hence, the adjustment to its rating. Incidentally, it's a misnomer that scarcities go down... it's quite the opposite from my experience.Originally Posted by Menacer
However, if you tell me where these "stockpiles" are, I'd be willing to let you win the argument
That's not really rare, as it is harder to find compared to nintendo tetris.Originally Posted by Kaine23

well if you include tengen tetris as one of the "rarest" you better also include wacky races, swamp thing, qix, puzznic, kid klown, jetsons, power blade 2 and race america.Originally Posted by Kaine23
All of the above are MUCH harder to find then tengen tetris.
IMHO tengen tetris is way over hyped. It is not rare, but at the same time it is not common.
