Everybody has them, so what are yours? Odd genres, weird games no one else finds themselves addicted to...
I personally have a weird thing for tennis games. XBox tennis, Saturn tennis, SNES tennis... all of them, I love them all!

Super Punch Out for the SNES! For some reason I love that game...
Cooking games, for some reason i find them really addictive.
Sadly theres few & far between, 1 on super famicom, 5 on gameboy/gba, about 5 on ps/ps2
Wipout XL PSone
Splinter Cell XBOX
Streetfighter collection PS2
Guilty Gear X PS2
I could play any of these forever
Splinter Cell, Street fighter and Guilty Gear X aren't odd games at all. They're all part of well-established genres.
My fave odd games:
Katamari Damacy (obviously; it may be popular but it's still an oddball game)
Animal Crossing (even though it falls under the Sims category, it's still has its rather weird moments, including the gibberish spoken by the characters)
Cloud Master (flying bowls of ramen... can't get weirder than that!!!)
ok then SHENMUE and ICO
they are definitely odd to the mass of "casual" gamers out there
Seaquest for the Atari 2600
"I hunger...."
The Great Escape for atari 2600, very rare and very intense and all around a great game.
If they made a movie out of your top five worst sins, what would it be rated?

Based off the favorite Spectrum/C64 (? Some other ports as well?) game, yes? Haven't tried that one out yet, nice to know it's out in ROM format.Originally Posted by vintagegamecrazy

My friends and I used to have Little League Championship Baseball tournaments. I doubt many people loved this game like we did.
I still play through all the same levels on Sonic Adventure. I've beaten the game backwards and forwards (except for Big the Cat argdhbjbdkhj vhbanbxv) and I still play the thing every time I hook my DC back up.
And don't bring up that stupid girlie Aladdin rip off! Shantea?
Y'know, you can get the PC port of Ore No Ryori 2 from Underdogs, as well as Last Call (which is sort of a cooking game...).Originally Posted by importaku
