I'm trying to think of all the games that consist entirely of mini games. I can think of:

Lazy Jones(C64, Spectrum)
Puzzle & Action series(Arcade, MD, PS2)
Wario Ware series(GBA, GC, DS)

There must be more.

Ganbare Neopoke-kun (NeoGeo Pocket), several minigames that are sort of recap of the evolution of videogames. Includes many parodies of classic games such as Xevious, Kung Fu Master, Dragon Quest, Ghost 'n Goblins, Bomberman, etc as well as more normal games such as breaking up fist fightes between nude men in a bath house.

Most of the ones I was thinking of were already named (Kirby, etc).

Die Hard Trilogy is another one. It has several smaller games into one CD. Although I don't know if I'd call each part a "mini-game."

But I'm surprised nobody has mentioned ACTION 52. C'mon people.

They arent mini games but Sega SmashPack Vol.1 for Dreamcast had quite a bit of games all rolled into one disc.
