I can confirm Syphon Filter 3 as being Greatest Hits. I saw the greatest hits version of all 3 at Kmart last night.

Edit: I seem to remember owning a Greatest Hits version of Resident Evil: Directors Cut, but I believe it was "Dual Shock Edition" or something like that. Maybe I'm getting my games mixed up, but I seem to remember there being a Directors Cut, and a Directors Cut-Dual shock edition.

I have a GH Version of Reel Fishing that came in a large box with the Fission Fishing controller packed in. I am making a concerted effort to grab up the games that game with packed in controllers (mostly Namco games).

Don't know if you want to Differentiate between the 2.

This one threw me off...first thought was "That's not Greatest Hits!"

Why's Final Fantasy VIII out of order in the list? Sorta threw me off for a moment!

    Add Final Fantasy Anthology (SquareEnix)
    and
    Xenogears.

I feel I saw FF Origins in GH packaging yesterday at the store...but I'm not sure.

Resident Evil Director's Cut Dual Shock. The thing here is that yeah, it says Dual Shock, but there's no version of the Director's Cut without this art. The non-GH Director's Cut looks like this.

Ed: it's out of order because Joe probably has that in an excel file, and the first letters that come after "Final Fantasy" have been arranged alphabetically, not roman numerically by the program (I, T, V).

Speaking of FF...Joe forgot to add in Final Fantasy VII to the master list.

This will be my least favorite part of the PSX collecting..Eidos has a few thousand GH variants that need sorting and tracking down. I will kill them yet.
