My local Wal-Mart had both MGS3: Snake Eater and Rachet and Clank: UyA on clearance for $15.00 last week.
3,582 games and counting! Pics of tons of stuff!

Little note for those not in the 'Know'. Every store has the ability to mark down items for clearance and get them out of the dept. Some dept managers will do that when they have gross videogame overstock, others wont. I have one dept manager in one of the stores I service who does, and another who will not mark down games (i've worked in both stores for over a year).
Unfortunately this means that not every store is going to be doing this.... or will even have those games marked down. This is the beginning of the month so they still have markdown dollars and some Dept. Managers are dropping some of the games along with the older electronics stuff that they are being told (Wal*Mart Corporate demands) to drop. (Some of the older model CD and DVDRoms and portable Sirrus Radio stuff).
Do pay attention cause alot of the stores are now getting the pilot program of $15 dollar budget PS2/XB/GC games are are either doing a dump bin display or now have aisle space next to software for some good (and some crap) stuff.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

I picked up a couple of $10 games myself yesterday...Ikaruga for the GameCube and Mega Man Anniversary Collection for the XBox.
I got it at a Super Wal-Mart outside of Steubenville, Ohio. I don't know if there were any other copies as I didn't go through every single game.
Every clearance sale at Wal-Mart is YMMV.
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.
There must be a number of stores offering Ikaruga...I notice there's now several copies for sale at Ebay
At the Wal-Mart near me, all they had for $10 were GBA NES classic titles. But they did have GC 1x memory cards for $2. and GBA wireless messengers for $5.
I passed on 'em though. I have a 64MB GC memory card I got for $10 on ebay (with shipping) that's barely got anything on it so far and I don't know anyone to use the messenger with so it would end up sitting in the closet.
The only thing my Wal-Mart has is a Wavebird controller on clearence for $29.00 was $29.98. That is how the local Wal-Mart clearences stuff. The last and only game I've seen clearenced was Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 for N64 for the low price of $19.00 . No dump bin of $10 games either... They still have Fantavision for $49.96.
I stopped in at the Wall-Mart in my own town today. They didn't seem to have a $10 bin. The games in the bin that were priced at $14.95 before are now $19.95.
My local Walmart has had a bin of under $19 games or a good while. A lot of greatest hits in the bin.
Their best mark down deal yesterday was the $20 Game Goy Advance.
My Wal-Mart had no bin.
I'll go back to my Wal-Mart boycott now.
