    Some sellers give refunds in cases like this. As a seller myself, that's why I insure every package.

    Then I can give a refund with minimal loss.

    EMS = express mail service. it's expensive, but FAST and worth the money you charge the buyer. while sending single games or smallish padded envelopes via standard airmail is fine most of the time, a lot of people have trouble when they ship larger parcels surface mail (6-8 weeks by boat) instead of EMS (2-3 days) or air parcel post (4-7 days).

    i always say don't give the buyer the option to be cheap and don't be afraid to be adamant about your shipping charges. if you don't want to ship overseas, it's your choice of course. but if you do, stick with one or two means (go to usps.com for details on the different types of postal shipping options) and don't budge an inch if someone whines about money. hell, if they want their games fast, they should pay what it costs.
