Damn 8bit, I would have gone for that in a second! They sell for well above $200, and that is for a complete copy that isn't sealed.

I think you made the right move by letting it pass. Pictureless auctions suck - you never know what you're getting.

I'd be very suprized if he got anything other than a MINT copy. The seller is a long time Atari collector who "invested" for some time buying only the best most mint most complete copies he could find. I think he is now in the process of selling those items. He isn't just some used clothes seller who happened to find a rare NES game.

Good to know. Sounds like it would have been a good pickup then, unfortunately..

Does seem strange to have gone to all the trouble to find mint copies and then not even show a picture of them though

it does kind of suck having to get a money order, but the seller is trustworthy.

Might be, but it still sux hehe Its not the trust issue, but its all the things you have to do to pay. If I'm going to pay with Western Union i.g I have to drive like 20-25 min, find a parkingspace, pay parking fee etc.. instead of just a few clicks with Paypal.

That's true. Plus Western Union international money orders cost a a little over 10 dollars, minimum.

I hate money order also, the guarantee is less and takes much more time to arrange stuff when scammed (in this case seller is okay corse!).

It also takes a few days before money is transfered on sellers account, more waiting days before getting your games, paypal is just the fastest, easiest and safest way to to deal if you ask me.
