Default Got a DC Keyboard, what I can I do with it?

Bought a DC Keyboard at GoodWill today for 3 bucks. Now what can I use it for? Can I get on the internet with it? Are you still able to play online games(for FREE) on it? Also, I'll probably need a Web Browser, but what version do I get(and will it cost me a monthly fee.) Can you play with it on games offline? What else can it do?

    Thanks

Typing of the Dad is the best game for the Keyboarad. Very goofy yet fun.

Then theres the PFSers Quake, Soldier of Fortune, Half Life Unreal Turnament.

And the RPG Phantasy star on line. I do belive there are servers still up but damned if I know were they are.

Yes you can still go on line with it, but I recommend getting web browser 3.0 you can view more of what the web has to offer.

Hmm.. I thought online capability for any of the DC games was no longer possible; sure, you can use your DC to get online, but only with the web browser and a dial-up account with an ISP.

AS mentioned above, there are *cough* independent servers up to still play Phantasy Star Online and for free. But you may need some additional items and information to know how to connect to them.

Here's another vote for Typing of the Dead.

If you're a Worms fan, the keyboard makes creating teams a lot easier. (Nothing's more of a pain than punching in all of those names with the controller.)

Yet another vote for Typing of the Dead.

Also, I've found you can use it to play Chu Chu Rocket. I wouldn't recommend it though.

For a fun time, set a DC controller with the microphone on top of your stereo speaker, and turn on something loud. The little man will go absolutely nuts.

Hehe, yeah, it's a giggle with the mic. Still not sure whether it beats the fishing rod though...

It is also perfect for Feet of Fury's Typing of Fury mode, which is quite interesting, if I do say so myself

I first played Tom Clancy's Rouge Spear on computer, so I really enjoy playing it with the mouse and keyboard on my Dreamcast. IMHO, this is the best way to play Rouge Spear.

Dad? Funniest typo ever....oh the imagery! No, I'm not making fun of anyone...it's just funny. Think of your dad killing zombies with a keyboard...

Too bad the DC didn't come out with any of those TV game shows where you need to give words for answers. A keyboard is perfect for games like Jeopardy and Wheel Of Fortune...alas, none for the DC.

Yeah, if you're into FPS games, a keyboard and mouse is the way to go on the DC. Quake III, Unreal, Outtrigger, Soldier of Fortune are all good. (Except for the loooooooong load times on Soldier of Fortune.)
