There was a recent one sold on ebay, and would you say $500 is too much for a copy of it?

I'd say it's a little steep but not completely unreasonable..
I would say it's insanely unreasonable.
It was only last year that someone sold all three Panesian titles loose on eBay. Each one went for something over $100. I seem to remember a thread in this very forum talking about how that was too much and how it would cause other eBay sellers to expect such a high price for them.
I only need 2 more NES games (US)!
I'm just happy with my JPN Soap Panic that I got for under 7000 yen...
What are you talking about? They regularly go for 250+ loose and 400 or so complete.Originally Posted by Rev. Link
I'm absolutely with you on this Bronty. When did one ever go for around $100???Originally Posted by Bronty-2
Link please
It would be nice if someone had the resources to archive all video/arcade game related auctions from ebay. We would be able to look back at anything and see exactly what stuff was going for.Originally Posted by Darth Vader
I sold my complete Bubble Bath Babes for $349.99 in November 2003
At that time the average price for a loose BBB on Ebay was $200 - $250
And the price has been rising steadily ever since.
Haven't seen one sold for $100 in all the years I've been Buying and Selling on Ebay . Since 2001
a year or so ago a complete PabP went for $700+, complete BBB went for $550+, loose HS went for $500+, all from the same seller.
I remember as far back them going for about $250 - $300 complete. Now it's around double less than 4 years later.
the lowest i've ever seen a panesian go for on ebay was about $220, for a loose PabP in a lot of about 14 games from a seller with less than 10 feedback.
Well as a NES collector, the condition would be the biggest thing for me.
I paid around $300 a piece for my 3 and they are good condion, with some wear.
NOW if its minty complete and like new, I'd drop $500 to get a good condition one.
just remember, your paying $500 for a single NES game. Don't plan on reselling it and making money off this deal anytime soon. But if you want it for your collection, go for it.
