Just broke my record again.
$225 for a loose copy of the Donkey Kong Competition Cartridge for the SNES. Now I've got the two grails for the SNES... the rest of the library should be a walk in the park.
600$ on Ninja Master's AES.
followed by:
RotD - 350$
Magical Drop 3 - 350 $
Metal Slug 3 - 300$
Guns don't kill people,
Chuck Norris kills people!
$60 shipped for a PAL copy of Shenmue II.
Ponce De Leon,
Constantly on,
The fountain of youth,
Not Robotron.
$70 for Chrono Trigger at a used video game store back in 1998. Last year, I bought Mega Man X3 with the box at another used gaming store for $60.
Most I've ever paid was $85 or so for Goldeneye (found it at some local video rental place that was way over-priced but it was the only store that had the game then). Since I started collecting again (earlier this year) I haven't paid more than $30 for a game (and that was only once for Super Smash Bros. Melee because I really wanted it).
$60 for Ogre battle.... after I beat it I sold it back in High School. Stupid Me
New games:
Steel Battalion $150
Zelda Ocarina of Time $60 (bought at launch after winning $100 from "lucky locker," a lottery based on our locker numbers, in middle school woth every penny)
Used Games:
Dracula X $130
everything else has been under 30 bucks
Paid 150.00 for a minty Harvest Moon SNES. Too much, I know, but I don't care.
$97.50 for a Used steel battalion for xbox no box but still a good price
Also got steel battalion LOC for $11.70 at ebgames
In the SNES hayday, I paid $74.99 each for Final Fantasy 3, Chrono Trigger and Tecmo Super Bowl 3 when they first came out. And that was at Wal-Mart!
3,582 games and counting! Pics of tons of stuff!

$170AU for virtua racing on the Mega drive when it first came out here in Australia.
I recently bought Tengen Tetris (NES) for $30.00
i spent about 80 bucks or so for shining force neo with the guide, worth every penny
#1 is Diablo 2 for the PC when it first came out for $55. I think it was worth it for all the hours I spent on it, but I just hope it's not true that Diablo 2 is a MMORPG costing $15 a month like WoW.
#2 goes to Guildwars ($50), which I bought a week after release and haven't spent more than 40hrs on, but I feel I might get back "into" it over winter break.
#3 for the win is House of the Dead 2 for the Dreamcast. It's a odd placement because I spent $13 on it at Gamestop but paid an additional $24 for 2 guns and $4 for 2 rumble packs. It's the only shooter I have for the Dreamcast so I claim it to be a "bundle" of $41.
#4 is Gamecube's very fine Worms 3D for $35 new after it came out. God I love the Worms! games!!
#5 has to be another new Gamecube title: Serious Sam - The Second Encounter! $30 baby!
Everything else is under $20 because I'm cheep and love to save money buying used games that CAN work as good as new.
I paid $90 fo a Basic Math CIB for the Atari 2600 in the first issue gatefold style box. Ironically I paid considerably less than half that for the much rarer Sears version, also complete in gatefold box
I think the most ive every paid for 1 game would be....$41
$40 for Lunar 2: eternal Blue, and i paid a dollar for the maunal from elsewhere....other than that, i dont think i have ever speant more than $30 on a game, i just go out to yard sales, flea markets, and game stores hopeing for a find....
"And shepards we shall be, for thee, my Lord, for thee. Power from hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patri et Fili Spiritu Sancte"
drwily008: A kodiak bear bent on world domination.
I think the most I ever spent was about 25 dollars for a copy of Final Fight Guy.
$258 for Japanese version of Rage Of The Dragons on the Neo-Geo AES.
couldn't give an exact amount but at most $70 i'm sure
