yes, afaik, both, Super Mario Bros + Duck Hunt and Super Mario Bros + Tetris + Nintendo World Cup were sold seperately in spain in normal nes boxes
No, it was the trio SMB+Tetris+Nintendo World Cup that sold in a box. SMB+Duck Hunt never was sold with a box.
