Choplifter III for Snes.. Or so I gather..
It could be Blackjack for the NES
I don't have a guide yet that covers SNES and Genesis.

Hmm . . . For me, it's probably Radiant Silvergun, Keio Flying Squadron, or Panzer Dragoon Saga.
Blue Chicago Blues US for the Laseractive

you could certainly call it a rare game, although its as much a matter it being highly sought after. you could argue that tengen tetris and chrono trigger are not truely rare also but the demand for them is so great that they become holy grails. in short, if you see a copy for cheap be sure to pick it up!

got a Phantasy Star complete last weekend for $5.00 along with a Shinobi, Outrun, and Alex Kidd in Techno something or other.. The guy who was selling them at the flee market thought they were genesis games. They were all in such great shape I didn't even argue the fact that they were SMS and just gave the guy $20.00
I guess by that logic I could throw in the 3 Chrono Triggers I own as being rare lol.

original pac man prototype for the colecovision

I'm going to guess and then Brian can correct me when he gets to the board.
Tengen Tetris Complete, Panzer Dragoon, Snatcher (is that right?).
I only pay close attention when the game looks fun to me, so I say
Final Fantasy 1 factory sealed

It would have to be either Quadrun (with a manual) or my Vid Co coppier from Brazil
nes darkman proto
This is pretty pathetic but: Atari 2600 Pooyan.
One Box, Two Box
Red Box, Blue Box
Mine would have to be PC Genjin 3 Taikenhan for the Core Grafx. It was made in very small quantities for Hudson Soft's annual games caravan. Hudson Soft regularly makes special versions and samples for the attending patrons. PC Genjin 3 Taikenhan is a sample of PC Genjin 3 (or Bonk 3). It's very rare, even in Japan. The image shows both PC Genjin 3 Taikenhan and PC Genjin 3. The PC Genjin 3 Taikenhan version is the one on the right.
It's hard to tell which of my game's rare but I think the award goes to my CIB Tutankham for the Intellivision. Unless you count label variations then I have Wario Land and Red Alarm demo for the VB along with a number of SNES demo label.
I'm not sure which is the rarest:
Lord of the Dungeon
or
Cosmo Fighter 2 (on cartridge)
For ColecoVision.
.
either Earthbound, Super Punchout Sealed, or Zelda 3 sealed.
I once thought i found Stadium events for the NES at a thrift store, so i was EXTREMELY happy the ride home, and when i got home, i bolted up to my room to get the Tips and Tricks magazine with the Collectors Closet on Holy Grails, only to find i had purchased Athletic World. Damn.
Somebody once told me to get a life.
I told them I sold it for money to buy video games.
I'm not sure...I don't really have 1 game that stands out. I do have a few rare ones. Like Alien Soldier for the Megadrive or Street fighter 2, phantasy star and virtua fighter for the sms. I have a bunch of rare games for the Saturn too... Of course all complete.
