what I was refering to when I said damn you ea, was they bought out the company that makes the outlaw games..and buried them.

    (yay arena football...)
But in all honesty its not a huge loss. They really wern't all that great. It was a novel concept when golf came out, but it got old really fast IMO.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

    Outlaw Tennis (XB/PS2)
Outlaw Volleyball (XB) [There are 2 different covers]
Outlaw Volleyball: Red Hot!(BB exclusive) (XB)
    Outlaw Volleyball: Remix (PS2)
    Outlaw Golf (XB,GC)
    Outlaw Golf/Seablade double pack (XB)
    Outlaw Golf/Darkened Skye double pack(GC)
Outlaw Golf: Holiday Golf (TRU Exclusive) (XB) [same as below just with a different title]
Outlaw Golf: 9 Holes of Golf (BB Excluive) (XB) [same as above just with a different title]
Outlaw Golf: 9 More holes of Golf (BB Exclusive) (XB)
    Outlaw Golf 2 (XB, PS2)

And something that i've learned from my many years of buying used stuff (especially used stuff thats locked up and they have to get the discs for it) is to check to make sure they not only put the disc in there, but that they put the right disc in there. I've been burned a few times and caught wrong stuff and also just denied some discs due to their condition, that I wouldn't have been able to if I didn't look at them before I paid.
Great detailed list, thanks for posting it! (cut and pasted)

As for checking used discs in stores: I always do, and always did. This way I'm sure the disc is in acceptable condition, and I get what I want. I reject around 30% of the discs offered.

Blitzwing256 is completely right. If someone gives you bad service...FUCK WITH THEM. I don't give a damn how bad of a day you had, don't take it out on the customer. I hate going into a store (no matter what kind of service they are providing...shoes, games, gasoline) and getting a piss poor additude. I mess with them SO hard, I play with their emotions.

    There is no excuse. PERIOD.

And for those who don't know, I worked for EB Games for 5 years and Babbages for 3 years before that. As a matter of fact I have been employed in the customer service industry/sales for well over a decade.

BTW, if anyone ever gets treated like the people did in this thread, just call the corporate office. Then call the District Manager.

Let the employee know you are going to do it also. They will be freaked out for quite a while.

I always tell them that I am going to lie when I call.

What I was saying had nothing to do with you. However, now that you mention it...and I could be off base, but it seems like you have a poor additude yourself.

When someone comes in with a friendly demeanor, you're saying they can only get your best service if you like them? Maybe they have to be into something that you enjoy for you to get involved with the interaction.

That's pretty cool x_x you have a REAL bright future ahead of you!

That doesn't sound like something to be bragging about.

That may be true, but, just because somebody works customer service doesn't mean they have to put up with abuse from a customer.

Seems like you would have a little more understanding of what Customer Service people have to deal with on a daily basis and realize that nine times out of ten, they are not purposefully trying to ruin your "oh so important" service, product, etc.

Sometimes it's better to take the highroad.

Looks like I was misunderstood. If I get average to poor quality in customer service, I just smile and keep being polite. Its when I get a terrible employee that acts rude and tries to act like they are all high and mighty...that's what makes me mad.

I have only messed with three people in a retail establishment. All three deserved it, they treated me like I was a piece of shit and I was annoying them. There job is to help me when I have a question and on two of those occasions I was a regular customer.

My whole point of these posts was to point out that if you work in customer service and treat people BADLY without respect then you should not work in cutomer service.

I still work with the public on a daily basis and treat everyone like they deserve to be treated, with respect.

If someone (a customer) is being direspectful or blatantly rude....then have at it! Be a dick back to them, that is your purogative.

I hated working at EB when I did, due to some of the assholes that came in. But I just smiled and kept my mouth shut (most of the time ). I also had GREAT customers that I looked foward to helping and they got extra attention. The people here who know me on these forums will attest that I am a nice, friendly person. But when the time comes that someone wants to mess with me, it's not a pretty sight.

Sorry if I offended anyone, it just pisses me off when people are blatantly rude to all customers.

I think you need to re-read what I said and the whole thread, but judging by your most recent post it seems you already did.

I only ment that for the people that come in acting all high and mighty. Believe me, the job stinks as im sure you know.

Like I said before Im in college and It pays well for me so if someone is going to dish it out to me they better expect it to get it ten times worse back.

I hear you man! I had a situation with 2 separate customers that were swearing and pissed before they even walked in the door. Needless to say they did NOT get the same treatment they would have had they talked to me in a civil manner at the beginning.
