    SUNDAY Flea Market..
I’m pissed at myself as I didn’t get up and go early...I was told that the market may be cancelled due to the weather.
But a friend went and I got a call early..

He scored a bunch of DS games in box real cheap..
A Game boy Gamecase filled with gameboy games, plus two Gameboys..Grey and Green..
$125.00..way more then I’d want to spend..
    Shown ‘quickly’ in this video.
    http://youtu.be/2CCbfY7iZ8I

But what he called me on was the Old Games he picked up for $20.00..

I had no idea and he left it a surprise for when I got there as he doesn’t deal with old games..
I almost fell over when I saw all these VECTREX Games in box...

    He paid $20.00 for all...

I still have my VECTREX so I’m going to play/test these then sell them..

Though I would love to keep them I’m more in Must Make Money then keep stuff and I’m paying a bit more for each..

    $20.00

    SP Brighter screen version $15.00

Gameboy Games I bought from the lot to resell..
    Sealed PS3 game $5.00

    N64 System in BOX.....$25.00..
My friend sells the system I keep the box..The system was in it’s baggies so got the Box,Styrofoam and baggies..

I SHIT when I saw these....I never come across this stuff in the wild...

I'm lucky to still have a BERZERK boxed game with my Vectrex that I bought on ebay what 15 years ago...I cherish that game as I never find this stuff...ts also my favorite

    ..................................
    and get this David..

These games sat all day stacked on a table from say 6am to around 2pm before my friend bought them...(I was really Late..

This truly is his score..I'm going to test them in my Vectrex, clean the contracts and as I wrote in a PM reply below:

    ..................

I was just looking at these now..All have the game except clean sweep..all have the Overlays except the PEN games that I don't think came with any..also not one box has a manual, thats some strange stuff..

I'm going to be pricing them later this week when I free up some time to test each one in my Vectrex..

    ..........
Also since I'm giving my friend some profit on these each I'm working out a price per each to sell them for so that we both make money.

Pretty good day overall, with pleasant surprises from the Book & Music Exchanges in Henderson and Owensboro.

Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals (DS CIB)
Sailor Moon #1 and Sailor V #1 manga volumes (new Kodansha USA releases... who gets rid of Sailor Moon? Seriously. )
Dark Cloud 2 guide (to go with the Dark Cloud 2 game picked up last week)
Arc the Lad Collection (PS1 CIB, including all the extra crap)
Ghost in the Shell (PS1 CIB)

    ~$55 for all

I'd been wanting to pick up Arc again, and even though the games are on the PSN, I actually came out a little bit ahead on the physical copy. Now to find a reasonably-priced strategy guide.

Checked out another flea market today (it's actually across the expressway from the one I was in yesterday). Nothing knock it out of the park but a couple of good deals to be had.

I found a Hot Shots Tennis for PS2 sealed for $4. I also snagged a long sought after copy of Toy Shop on DS for $8. The vendor right next door had a CIB Talespin on Genesis marked at $8 that they took $6 for.

Stopped at a Gamestop on the way home and found a copy of Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light on DS for $12.

I love the Metal Slug series. As a matter of fact, I think Neo-Geo should put out a "Greatest Hits" on console with a joystick controller clone thingy. I would buy the crap out of that.

Hehehe! Well, I actually just recently played my first Metal Slug game, which was MG4. I loved it! I got this as a replacement for a game an eBay seller sent me that he had listed as English, but was in German. So I got a free pick from their shop(within the same price range), and got me this.

Might actually play it today. A friend's coming over, so we might go co-op.

    Sweet!

Sadly we weren't able to play it today, so saving it for co-op another day! Will definitely get the rest of the games in this series, without a doubt!

Found this beauty at my local Unique thrift store for $25.00.
Was it over priced? or a steal?

I would be clearing them out. I never find anything for saturn locally and when I do its always cracked. How much were they charging for them?

Sounds like someone took a picture of their collection and is having a laugh.

Good price, if the controllers work properly. I'm going to guess no but you never know.

Well, I see the Half Price stickers and it looks the way they set up their game section. I still want to know where they are....

If this is a real store, I gotta find one. I don't think we have these in Canada. After looking up some video retro gamers have posted on youtube, it does indeed look like this. I never would have thought that a used bookstore would carry retro games, let alone the volume I see in these videos. My apologies to Cambot.

That looks just like I'd expect a HPB game shelf to look. Except without the Saturn games. But the game guides are spot on for what I see at the one here. I would have shit bricks to see all those games, though. Then, just like Cambot, I would have left with nothing because they are all over priced. I sometimes see that people do get deals at HPB, but not around here.
