I want to get one of these, complete with the dual control module, but haven't seen any for sale and can't really find what it might be worth. Can anyone give me a ballpark figure?

$85-$100 is a good price...$110-$120 if it's really nice
Thanks for the quick reply
No problem. The last CIB sold back in November for around $85 but it was missing the joystick holder.
There was one up last week for $130 or Best Offer and it did not sell.

I once got a big box of Atari stuff many years ago and, at the bottom, was the Spy Hunter duel stick holder. Odd, since there was no Spy Hunter cart in the box. I knew what it was since I had purchased the game new back in the day and recognized it. (Plus it had the velcro strips still glued in.) Anyway, I sold it in a newsgroup auction (pre-eBay - remember those?) for $35, which is pretty high for a simple piece of plastic and that was 7 or 8 years ago...

I believe it. Actually, a lot of them are missing the joystick holder, so if a loose one were to pop up on eBay, I wouldn't be at all surprised it if sold for $20 or more to someone who needed it to complete theirs. I suppose it could also be used with other games as well (7800 Robotron), which could increase the demand (albeit slightly).
The value of the holder probably sounds about right; my C64 complete version of Spy Hunter also has it (though I'm not 100% certain it was supposed to come with it) and I paid about $20 more for it than I sold my holder-less copy for afterwards.
Anybody have a photo of what the holder looks like?
I'd like to be able to recognize it in the wild.
"And the book says: 'We may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us.'"
Yes, it was originally included with the Commodore 64 and Atari computer versions as well. Probably another reason why Sniderman was able to get $35 for one.
