Pretty good day at the dirt mall Saturday, after a long while of crap finds.
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b235/joshnickerson/052707A.jpg
Buttload of Foxtrot books - $6
Life in Hell book - $5 (probably overpaid, but I couldn't resist)
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b235/joshnickerson/052707B.jpg
The SNES games were sealed (until I opened them), abiet a bit crushed.
Addams Family Values (Kinda like Link to the Past, but with Link as a fat, bald guy)
Super Troll Island (the horror... the horror...)
King of the Monsters 2 (left it sealed... no good could come from playing it)
Super Alfred Chicken (eh, not bad)
All for $20.
Sector Z was $4
Oh, and I also picked up this weird game system at the store today... anyone ever heard or seen this before?

Mostly retail stuff:
http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u160/Xexyz1337/IM000495.jpg
- Like new, complete copies of Dinosaurs for Hire and Atomic Runner (one of my favorite Genny shmups) were $3 each at a thrift store.
- Picked up a new copy of Gradius V (my used copy's case is tattered to hell and the disc has scratches...) at a local store for $29.99. Later found out I could have gotten it for $20 at a GameStop, damnit...
- Phoenix Wright was $19.99 at Toys 'R Us, about 2$ and change cheaper than the copies at GameStop including the 33% off.
- The rest is from GameStop. Odin Sphere was a pre-order, Taito Legends 2, the best arcade compilation disc for the domestic PS2 was FINALLY IN STOCK!!! Super Monkey Ball DS and Dragon Quest VIII were $14.99 each after the Gamers Day discount.
EDIT: joshnickerson: "King of the Monsters 2 (left it sealed... no good could come from playing it)"
Do you mean that it would depreciate in value, or that it sucks? If it's the latter reason... SAY WHAT?! KotM 2 rocks, and unlike the Genesis port, this one's faithful to the MVS coin-op. A great wrestling/beat em up hybrid right there.

Eh...Not bad today.
Gamecube games were 3 for $10
NES Games were $3 each (And Lunar Pool makes 350 NES games for me!)
GBA came with the mega man pet thing. He thought the GBA game somehow went into it. I was wondering what the game would be since it had no label on it, and besides, it was only 5 bucks so I bought it. Anybody wanna guess what it was? Highlight for answer:[Dragon Ball Z: Legacy of Goku]
Anywho, does anyone know anything about the MM Pet thing? Thanks!!

Nice find on the SNES games and congrats on the Wii!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's a few games I got at the local Half Price Books 20% off sale:
http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/7195/hpblotke8.th.jpg (http://img147.imageshack.us/my.php?image=hpblotke8.jpg)
All of the single-disc games were $.80 and Star Ocean was $2.40. Contact was $12.00. All are complete and in great shape except for the cracked case for Jet Grind Radio. Still, pretty good for less than $20.00.
http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/7193/photo46ie0.th.jpg (http://img143.imageshack.us/my.php?image=photo46ie0.jpg)
For some reason, I got these Japanese DDR and DDR 2nd Remix (NTSC-J) for $.80 at the same sale. Not sure why.

All of those were a buck each, except for the PS1 thing - there's no game, so I got it for free. I know I saw a loose copy of that at the local Gamestops, so I'll go look for it during the week.
http://i81.photobucket.com/albums/j238/foxhack/DP/05-28-2007-2.jpg

Thats eerily close to a Saturn lot that I lost a few months ago because my internet connection went out seconds before I put in my bid. It went for $350 and I was sniping for $505 :(
This is why you use a service like AuctionSniper that does it for you. You don't actually have to be there to place the bid.

I second this. I don't use it often, but when I do, it rocks. :)
I went to the local Gamestop and picked up King of Fighters "2006" for 15 plus tax. Unfortunately it was one of those "new" copies, the ones that are opened. And I asked the clerk for a sealed copy, she gave me a funny look, but didn't say anything else.
She also didn't give me my receipt, so I can't return it. :p
Ah well, it's a fun game, even if my PS2's dpad sucks.

June 1st, a fairly good omen for the rest of the month.
Bought Blazing Lazers and Sinistron for the Turbo, bare HuCards, for $3.99 each from Movie Trading Company/Vintage Stock. I always get excited when I can find anything TurboGrafx-16 related in the wild!
FPS Master controller for the Xbox, new, for $5.99. Also from Movie Trading Company.
Rodney's Funscreen for the Memorex VIS, $4.99.
Classic Rock CD, $4.99. This one's a bit strange. It's a CD from 1991 sponsored by Williams Pinball, Bally, and Midway Videogames. It says that it's "Live at the Hard Rock", even though the CD doesn't say anything about that, and none of the songs are live recordings. Maybe the CD was some kind of free promo or something at a Hard Rock Cafe show.

I saw this auction on the completed items a day or two ago. Did you have CC on your ebay favorite searches, use one of those finding websites, or did you just get lucky?
As for my finds, I got Megaman Battle Network 4 Blue Moon box and manual with Megaman Battle Network 3 inside. Goodwill was closing and I had another store to run to across the street before they closed so I just looked inside and saw Megaman and Blue, figured it was the right game.
They also had MMBN5 Team Colonel but I didn't bother to check that one as I already had it. I'll prolly go back later to see if there is another game inside there.
Other than than Turnabout ($3) and Tekken GH ($4) for PS1 both complete.
