I just got through playing halo 3, does anyone think the single player was shorter than in halo 1 & 2,It didnt take me no time to beat in normal.I felt it was alot shorter.Does anyone feel this way?

Yup, I beat normal in less than a week with the no free time that I have. I'm going to try it on heroic next.

I agree, especially if you're going thru with some buds. We picked it up at midnite on launch day and had completed it by 6:30 a.m. It was a truly memorable experience. :)

It was a little short, but for the most part really fun. Of course, playing on legendary takes a lot longer.

Stupid question for those with the Limited Edition or Legendary version:
Does that warthog flipping game on the bonus disc have achievement points?

No.
Achievements have to be accessable based on any version of the game (any version can access Live, though not everyone can access live, if that makes sense) and not everyone owns a LE or Legendary version so its not an achievement. Besides, there are lists online stating what the achievements are.

What's the highest level anyone has gotten to on that warthog jump minigame? I just tried it after hearing about it here and got to level 38 after about 20 minutes of playing. I eventually just gave up on it.
I'm also down to my last three acheivements, all for free for all matches: laser double kill, overkill and kill frenzy.
Kill frenzy I know I can get fairly quickly if I try to get it, by being annoying and hiding around corners and such. I think I have a ton of 9 kill sprees in free for all already Overkill I can see myself getting with a lot of playing, but it will get much harder as I level up. I know I have come close several times. There only being four other people makes this one much harder. The double laser kill is just a pain in the ass. I've probably tried like two hours worth of playing with no avail. I haven't come too close to it either.
I really don't want to have to resort to "cheating", teaming up with people for the sole purpose of getting these, as I have gotten every other one legitimately.
EDIT - An hour later and I am done with the acheivements. LOL I actually "cheated" to get the laser acheivement (ended up in a game where other people were going for it and I said what the hell). I managed to get an overkill and 25 kill spree, legitimately, in an oddball game. I put the video in my share, the people just don't stop coming to die!
