That makes me glad actually. One of my friends tried to make me play it to pull me away from SWG since I always boast about ship customization in that game.
From what I understand you can customize THE ship. There's only one.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Guide (Brady Games) - .50
Got up late and got out the door just after 9. Found this at the last sale I went to that started at 9, didn't have a price brought it up and paid the .50 they were asking. The lady also mentioned having the game to which the other lady mentioned that it was sold.
I waited for a guy talking to the sellers at this sale to leave before asking about video games. He was asking about doing a better rate if he bought 30-50 DVDs then actually admitted to buying baby stuff at yardsales just to sell at the flea market. He was as polite as could be about how he went doing this but it was still rather odd mentioning to people how much he typically paid for certain things that he would just want to turn around and sell for a small profit. The sellers said it was early and that they weren't ready to cut any better deals but it sounded as they were going to take the guy up on his offer to come back later and do a better deal on some stuff if they were still sitting on it at the end of the day. I definately didn't want to ask about "old games" in front of this guy as he could have started doing the same thing at every sale after getting the idea from me.
The 2nd sale I went to today advertised PS2 games but when I got to it they only had a few PC games and when I asked they mentioned that somebody just bought $30 worth of games cleaning them out of the PS2 stuff, this being 5 minutes before I got to the sale. Probably somebody that doesn't really know any better and it was probably at best a lot of PS2 games in which you'd be making $40 if all sold together in one lot on eBay but I still can't help but wonder if just maybe it was much better then the average lot of PS2 games you'd see at a yardsale. I actually saw all of the $1 PS2 games I passed on last week on eBay all together being sold in one auction a few days later lol

Hit up the Gibraltar Trade Center today, and god damn was it expensive. I hardly bought anything cause most NES games were $15 and up and most everything else was equally scaled (except for just a couple stands). I got...
Orange N64 and controller w/hookups
Atari Jaguar w/generic hookups and one controller
a Nintendo 64 game drawer
M.U.S.C.L.E. (NES)
Zanac (NES)
Super Team Games (NES)
The Lawnmower Man (SNES)
and I spotted this, but was too stupid to buy it (guy was asking $300):

Hit the flea market this weekend. Picked up a few PS1 games. All are complete and in pretty good condition. They are:
Mega Man X5
Mega Man X6
WarCraft II
X-Men: Mutant Academy
The games were $5 each. I passed on the $20 copy of Castlevania II for the NES, though.

Picked up this N64 lot off CL for $55. Not a steal, but I get to add a couple games to my collection and still make my money back. I've been thinking that kind of like how Joe would like to open 'Ye Olde FFVII Shoppe', I'd be happy with a N64 Memory Expansion Pak store. I'm always surprised by how much they sell for, not like FFVII or anything, but well enough, and they come along much more often and for next to nothing. Oh, this is also my first Memory Expansion Pak 'puller' thingy, and my first non-CE Majora's Mask

After picking up the N64 lot yesterday morning, I stopped at a small neighborhood sale, and the first sale had these games for sale. They added up to $35, but I asked if there was a 'bulk' discount when I was looking through them (there were a few others in the box), and they sold them all to me for $25.

Excellent. Another PXL-2000 owner in the hizzy. Very nice. The carrying case makes it a sweeter deal. I have the TV for this as well. Don't be too surprised if the record mechanism no longer functions (it's still usable going straight to VCR though).
I've picked up a TV and another PXL camera at the same swap years ago; I had to pay $20 for just the camera back then. :)

C2N Commedore Tape Drive In Box - $1
I actually saw this at an auction a few blocks away from my house last week in a box with some CDs, tapes, records etc. I didn't want it bad enough to stick around since it was the only thing I had any interest in at the auction and I figured they would be selling the whole box as one item which I didn't want to deal with or maybe have to bid a few more bucks to get if I didn't mind dealing with it. I was happy to see that the one junk seller at the flea market ended up with the box and I ended up with this for a buck which was what the seller asked for it. This is the first time I've seen any old Commodore (64) computer stuff in the wild.
Dreamcast with Power Cord, A/V Cord, 2 1st Party Controllers & 1 VMU
Sega Genesis With AC Adaptor, RF Cord, 1st Party 3 Button Controller & 1st Party 6 Button Controller
Pelican Universal Wireless Arcade Stick With Adaptor (PL-965) (PS2, Xbox)
Some Sort of Heating/Cooling Pad That Plugs Into A USB Port
Loose Eyetoy Camera
Hoyle Card Games (PC)
Quake III (No Manual) (PC)
Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne (PC)
Hot Shots Golf 2 (PS1)
Stealth ATF (NES)
Tiger-Heli (With Sleave) (NES)
Rocketeer, The (NES)
Silent Service (NES)
Mortal Kombat (Genesis)
Toy Story (Genesis)
Sonic Spinball (Genesis)
Sonic The Hedgehog x2 (Genesis)
$8
This all came from a box O junk except for the Pelican controller which was sitting out on this seller's table. I first noticed the NES games and looking through the box saw and was interested in the Genesis 6 button controller as I only have one that I bought new back when they first came out and have been looking for an extra on the cheap over the last few years and unfornately I've only seen 2 before while bargin hunting in recent years and it didn't work out getting either of them cheap for one reason or another. I saw the Pelican controller and the guy wanted a buck for it and I mentioned seeing a piece for it in the box and that I also was interested in the Genesis controller which I was holding. He mentioned something about it going with the Genesis to which I said it had another controller incase he'd be willing to part with just the 6er knowing that and he said I could have all of the Genesis stuff for $5. I asked about the whole box and he said $10 (the Dreamcast was marked $5 by itself). I picked up the Dreamcast heard some stuff shaking around loose inside and politely explained how I figured it probaby didn't work seeing how fragile CD based systems are (especially Dreamcasts) and offered $8 which he took. I looked inside the Dreamcast when I first saw it and it was pretty dirty even inside when you open up the CD lid. Some other random meaningless junk inside this box including 3 phone cords, a mouse, a modem, a watch etc and even a spider living inside of it! which I didn't actually notice until today.
Even though it's not gaming related I took a picture of this thing that has a heating/cooling pad on it that plugs into a USB port. Does anybody know what it's called and what purpose it serves?
I passed on a copy of Aliens Versus Predator: Extinction (PS2) $8. I knew it held a decent value but wasen't sure exactly how much it was worth online currently and didn't have too much interest in playing it, this younger kid that was selling it (probably about 12) had a bunch of PS2/Xbox games all $8 except for some old sports games that were cheaper and nothing else worth $8 at this backwoods flea market or anywhere for that matter. Also had some N64 games for $5 again nothing special.
This flea market is indoor/outdoor and once it gets too cold for people to sell outdoors it's not worth going to for just what is 99% the same old stuff being sold every week inside. I was walking around inside before leaving and to my surprise noticed a 2600 Vador with what I could tell without counting was well over 50 games. I looked through it a little bit then found the lady selling it. She said it was $80 firm and that it was her son's then she mentioned how somebody wanted just the games earlier and she was instructed not to part it out. Too rich and I could only do a friendly laugh and say that wasen't going to work as I only had $20 and maybe when I was richer. I looked through all of the games and remembered a few which I though might be rare or rather uncommon but nothing crazy as they were only worth a few bucks even on eBay. I don't know Atari stuff as well as I know the 8-bit and newer games but I'm sure enough that everything else was really common to fairly common. It sucked seeing 2600 stuff for about what it would go for on eBay since I rarely ever see anything Atari (even 2600) around here. I didn't really see much of anything I would actually get around to playing that I didn't have already so in a way I'm probably better off not being able to get it cheap enough for me to buy. I probably would have tried to CIF the lady a buck if I saw Barnstorming in the bunch even though she didn't want to part out the bundle as it's one common 2600 game I don't have that I liked back in the day.

I had a b1g1 used video game coupon for a Charlotte, NC store... so I picked up Assassin's Creed and Rainbow 6 Vegas both for the PS3 @ $25. Great fucking deal in my opinion considering they were both CIB.

Before anybody starts flaming Scientologists, decide for yourself what's really wrong with the "religion." There's no denying that like other self-help programs, some people have found happiness through Scientology. The problems lie in some of the actions of the organization itself. If you don't have the time or desire to research it for yourself and draw your own conclusions, go join the partyvan with the rest of the rebels-looking-for-a-cause (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anonymous_(group)).

SNES superscope receiver free from friend.
This completes my working complete in box SNES superscope.
At the moment I have a CIB SNES system, CIB super gameboy, CIB Snes controllers, and a CIB Superscope.
I wonder what other major items I would need to get CIB to complete this.:D

From yesterday at thrifts and a CL pickup.

I thought the Mario Teaches Typing was worth posting. Very nice shape, but I was surprised that these don't sell all that well since I've sold Mario Teaches Typing 2 w/ just the jewel case a couple times for 10-15. Starcraft (1.80-25%) was for the box/manual so I now have a complete copy. I passed on a loose Brood Wars at the same price because I have a couple extra copies of that already.

This lot had languished on my local CL for quite awhile, probably because it doesn't have an AC adapter. Of course, he started out at $50 or more, and I watched as he dropped the price every few days. Eventually it got down to $25 and I picked it up because of Dune and I'm a fan of Frank Herbert.

I have a sealed version of the CD rerelease of that Mario game, and I couldn't even sell it for ten bucks. :(
Curses!

I would of thought that would sell, since I think most of the people that are buying these are buying them to use the software, not as collectibles as I originally thought. That'd explain why this version doesn't sell, but the MTT2 does, but then your cd re-release blows my whole theory.

Is that a Teacup Yorkie?
My aunt gave her's to my grandma because she didn't want it anymore, and I got to see it a couple of months ago. That dog was so hyper that it never seemed to quit running around the room! She bossed my family's pug around like nobody's business.
My little brother nick-named this dog Spore due to its....oddness. LOL

You should get a non-working NES toaster, cut some holes and fit it around him for Halloween.

Any chance you're selling those kiosk discs like last time? Or were those just extras?
Also, what's the refurbish disc? Can't find any info about it.
