I picked up Lemmings (complete), Ballz-The Director's Cut (jewel case/instructions) and Wing Commander III (complete) for the 3DO. I also bought the Radio Shack plug and play Hummer steering wheel for $3 at a flea market. It's built on the Commodore 64-on-a-chip technology, and has better compatibility than the Mammoth C64 plug-and-play put out a few years ago.

I passed on a boxed Miracle Piano System. I'm not the type of guy who's into buying stuff just to resell on eBay. I saw it had the Nintendo seal of approval, and I've never actively collected for Nintendo machines, which was another reason I passed. There's a collector guy who has a really nice booth at the back of the flea market, so I told him where it was. He's given me some good deals in the past, I thought I'd give him the tip.

Won these on eBay from the same seller and picked them up (about an hour drive). Grand total: 51 games for $100. Two games are not pictured: Link to the Past complete and Bust a Move for the PS2.

Funny story too. The guy lived out in the sticks and his user name is rabies69 (real nice guy but kind of a hick). I called him to let him know I was almost there and told him I was using a GPS, but he still carries on about how to get there from the thruway. And that his house has blue siding and a pickup truck in the driveway and there is a side and front door and a driveway on the right of the house. Then he clears that up by telling me the right of the house, like if you're looking at the house from the street. When I got there he was learing over the fence to the backyard and tells me to come through the gate so I'm kinda sketchy at this point. We shake hands and what not then he informs me there "Is alotta coon around here and if I know anyone that hunts." No why, because he traps raccoon then points over to about 50 dead raccoons all cleaned up and ready to be sold. The whole thing was out of the ordinary but I am still glad as a clam over getting the deal and having this story to tell. He also reminded me "I put them all up on eBay a buck a piece and you guys buy em." I had to look arond to make sure I was still alone since I came there alone. So I paid him and then broke out of there before he had a chance to show me the soundproof dungeon with drains in the floor.

BTW all my dupes are for sale on CTCW, a few have been sold. But if you see any SNES games you are interested in shoot me a PM with cash or trade offer. I am currently interested in boxed NES stuff.

goodwill had Zombies ate my neighbors for the genesis...manual...box...ga...oh wait there was no game thats right, I forgot. Someone either took the game or someone dropped off just the box and manual...maybe lost the game. I still had to pay for the box/manual...only cost 50 cents which is good. All I need is the game now.

Also picked up Devil May Cry 3 for 5 bucks and Rayman 2 for the PS1 for 2 dollars.

Stopped in at the thrift store where I work today, and found...

Ti-83+ Silver edition with instructions, slide cover, calc-calc cord, and calc-pc cord.

Total cost? $2.40

Kind of funny, in the manual there is the original receipt with the $125 price tag. Well, I am happy because I now have the pc-calc cord. So if anybody is interested in the rest, let me know.

All I found today was an electromechanical Tomy game where you fling B-Bs through an obstacle course with a Halloween theme. $1.25. I didn't think that Tomy kept making electromechanical toys as late as this machine came out (it's labeled 1990).

I decided randomly to search other sections of CL than games and toys and electronics, and found this in the general section.

These are the ones that stick out as particularly good, rare, and/or worth something. Bonk's is the definite stand-out by far, though (in the sense of 'best find').

Yes, I was on a fact finding mission about my tele.. I would not expect to find too much on this item.. I could barely find out anything on the tv itself.. The most information I was able to gather is there might be two different versions.. that is most likely not true...

Although I did find the service manual for it.

I'm still interested in that controller.

Be careful with the 360 hd-dvd player. They are known to break super easy. Mine is busted already. The symptoms are that it will not play all movies.

Mine will play King Kong, but not 300 (I only have 2 movies).

Just a heads up and warning with that.

Picked up a few things at Gamestop on the way home today:

A PSP Mega Kit (or something like that). It comes with headphones, a car charger, a case, and other stuff. For $20, it wasn't badly priced at all.
Hotel Dusk: Room 215 - $16.50 (wanted to get it before all I could find were the newer style cases)
3 PSP movies (Hackers, Terminator, & the Girl Next Door) - $4.99/ea (which is weird since they were new and the used copies were more)

Also, a couple of things came in the mail today:
An HDMI switcher (needed one for the HD-DVD player and PS3) - $10 (from Buy.com)
Wii Fit - $95/shipped (Amazon.com)

Also got a check from my dad for Christmas. So, a pretty darn nice day. :)

I picked up the deluxe Sega Saturn Net-Link today for $10. It has the keyboard, modem, and box. The box is kinda worn, but otherwise good. No Saturn was inside, but the other parts are in very good condition. I also got a minty-loose copy of Crusader of Centy for $3.
That's a pretty rare one!

Then, I made a mistake. I bought a Guncon thinking it was one for the Playstation, but noticed after I got home that it was not that type at all! It has a yellow AV hook-up and a USB plug. Is this the Xbox version?

My boss got me a TG16 for christmas, inside the HuCard slot was Neutopia II, which I was floored to learn is worth roughly $50 and an R6, I didn't have the heart to tell him how much my gift was actually worth. Considering that many of the other people at work got like, $10 gifts. We work at a pawnshop so I guess value is diffiult to place, still, this was beyond awesome for a gift from work.
