ok, got xmen legends 2 today. oidd thing about this box is it looks like it had a upc code on it, but its been blacked out. i dont know why they would do this to begin with, but it looks like they had a machine black out the upc after it was printed. seems like a waste to assign a upc code, then black it out....maybe this is a prerelease copy that got mixed in with the shipment or something...

EDIT: on closer examination, the rear upc can almost be made out, and it isnt the same as the upc code on the peel off sticker on the side of the case...curious.

Can't buy from online stores as I don't have a credit / debit card. See the problem? Therefore i've been relying on eBay so far, and has served me well having given me nearly 40 titles. I am just bored of waiting for the remainder to appear, so thought maybe someone had some, or knew of someone who would list some on eBay or sell privately with payment via PayPal...

As far as I know, NCAA was released in the UK. It's listed on the UK release list (On the official site) and all... I'm afraid my collection is UK releases only though (With Sega Rally being the exception)


System Rush I have a pre-release version of, and I gave it a quick go, and was not impressed. It is very lo-tech, and not the usual quality like some other N-Gage games. I at least expected something a little less blurrier, and a game where it is easy to control ~ I found myself constantly crashing into walls as you just cannot turn.

High Seize I have been waiting to give a go ~ Is it similar to the PlayStation game "Overboard"?

And what about Rifts, Catan, and ONE? What are those games all about?

UPS just came and that's exactly what I got. My X-Men Legends 2 also has the barcode blacked out. Its the only one of all the new games I've gotten.

the next releases should be Mile High Pinball and the new Pathway to Glory.

IGN has some new reviews for System Rush and One. The closing coments for One seem to be true for most all of these late release N-Gage games



One is another good game for the N-Gage that I'm afraid few will play. It's sad, because at this point, Nokia is just being punished for early mistakes and so few people want to give the N-Gage a chance anymore. They're missing out on games like this, which have solid depth and play value -- I enjoyed One more than some PSP games. If you have the system, seriously consider seeking out a copy of One. It's further proof that the N-Gage, like the PS2 or Xbox, got better with age.

I don't know if any of you have seen this but Game_Hunter who post quite a bit on the N-Gage board made this great FAQ for the N-Gage and all the games up to Glimmerati. He list the games in order that they were released too if anyone was interested in that. Great stuff so make sure you check it out.

most of the games ship UPS, at least they have in the past. my xmen legends 2 shipped from a different section of the company, and shipped out using fedex. different return area(same address) UPS one said 'warehouse shipping'(or something) the fed ex one said 'customer services'(or similar) and each had a dofferent contact number...ill check when i get home and edit later. i wondered if the xmen game wasnt a preview copy or something that got shipped from another area. DreamTR said his copies had a bar code on them...

Also I just got a shippment email for Pathway to Glory: Ikusa Islands so I guess this game is out as well.

I've also noticed the wierd shipping details. This ones shipping Fedex (most of mine come UPS)... so whatever that means. x_x

I remember over a year ago Nokia made an anouncement they were going to have 50 titles out by the end of the year. Well better late than never and I'm sure some people thought it would never happen.

It's about 50/50 whether they're $20 or $25, but the Atari ones are only $15.

Let me rephrase, I got two sets of NGAGE games, one set from Let's Talk.COM, which had the bar code blocked, and another set sent to various media. Sometimes people in the media do not get all of the games, but these particular ones did not have the bar code blocked off for some reason.

I've been looking forward to this one for awhile as well. Looks like it would be good title for waiting for a movie or the light rail or anytime you need a few minutes of fun.

BTW Rifts is amazing @_@ maybe the deepest portable game I've gotten this year... maybe ever (although I don't normally buy portable games that have alot of depth to them)

That is really the sad part. All of the best N-Gage games are coming out right now, and nobody (at leat in my area) will carry them. It is now basically an underground thing.

My last order included Warhammer, or so I thought -- no sign of it in my confirmation email. But then I rechecked, and it's not due until March. So maybe if it's so far out, they won't let you order? the automatic cancelling happened to me once as well. I had to call them and confirm I was a real person. I guess they get alot of fraud purchases.

the word on the internet is we can all look forward to more N-gage games in 2006 at the rate of two a month or with the way Letstalk does it nothing for months then 8 all at once. If its true I would expect some game anouncements soon.

I got the new PTG today and my Mile High Pinball should arrive tomorrow. I think it might be a while before we see anymore releases after Mile High Pinball. Which is fine by me since I all these games came out at once. I've hardly had anytime to play. I'll be looking forward to this new PTG since Red Lynx did a fantastic job on what I've played so far of High Sieze. I love the story book style animation.

Well I broke down yesterday and decided to join the N-Gage bandwagon. I honestly couldn't resist. I got the following games

all for $36.75 at my gamestop and all new. Some weren't factory sealed, but hey they were cheap and new. I still don't have the actual N-Gage yet. I'm not sure but I think they had the QD modle which is what I want, but I'm not ready to shell out $100 just yet. I am curious if there's a price cut coming for the QD anytime soon. In the meantime I'll probably end up going back to gamestop and seeing what else they have that I missed the first time.

the older games are super cheap at Gamestop as you already figured out. try gamestop.com to fill in a few more blanks in your collection. all the games are 6.99 or less even though at first the website says they're more just click on the games and you'll see.

I have no idea. In the eyes of most its just a silver cell phone face plate on a QD. You do get a nice collectors tin but still $400 for a tin and a silver faceplate. I'm not so sure they will even sell 10.

Add my name to the list of N-Gage collectors. Last week I dropped by a Gamestop that is a bit out of the way from me and I notice they had over 30 N-Gage games on display. I was curious and saw them marked at $6.99 a piece. After finding this thread, I went back today and picked up the N-Gage QD, carrying case and 22 games. I also ordered 5 more from Gamestop and EBGames. I plan on going back and picking up the remaining 10 or so games I didn't get. So far I am loving my N-Gage, especially Worms World Party.

EDIT: I Picked up the remaining 10 games I passed up yesterday, so my new count is 37. Only 14 to go!

Also, anyone have a Gamestop near them that have Crash Nitro Kart marked down to $6.99? I'd be glad to pay someone to pick one up, That seems to be the only old game I couldn't find either at the store, online or on eBay, and I am not ready to pay $19.99 for it from Let's Talk just yet.

I'm glad you posted this picture. I had ordered 5 games from Let's Talk, and the package arrived today. One of the games was Rifts. The case looked somewhat different and on closer inspection it appeared to have writing on it. I really couldn't make it out, but after doing some research on the game and RPG series I discovered it was none other than author Kevin Siembieda's autograph!

At first I thought it was some computer generated signature printed on all of the game covers. I couldn't find a copy for sale on eBay and Let's Talk doesn't display the cases for the games. Then I saw your's and noticed something was missing. I wonder if it's an original signature? I am guessing it is, but now I don't know if I should open the game. Perhaps I should order another copy? Does anyone have any info on this? How many copies were signed?

FYI, the signature is in red ink running on a slight angle from the ESRB rating to the "E3 2005 Editor's Choice Winner" stamp.

I'll try to take a picture this weekend and post it later.

wow very cool you got one. it is real I got an email about it from Nokia before the game was released. It didn't say how many he signed but that the first batch would be signed by him. I was kind of disappointed I didn't get one of the signed ones. congrats though as all N-Gage games are pretty limited and a signed one is even more so. look forward to seeing the picture.
