Wild Bill's parking lot in Middletown. Trust me - this was a lucky find. The flea sux. Usually there are two stands of garbage and that's it. This guys had Super Mario Bros and Hot Slots. Go figure.

There's are good Fleas in Wallingford, Danbury, Norwich and Mansfield.... U don't live near any of those?

A mediocre score at the flea market today. All I got was a semi beat up (cart is immaculate though), boxed copy of King of Dragons (SNES) for $5. Hardly worth the trip.

The only other thing I picked up this week was a copy of Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (PS2) for $12 at GameCrazy. I like how GameCrazy doesn't price gouge used games like EB/GS, who sell the same game for $29.99 used x_x

Oh yeah, there's also my $110 import splurge that arrived on Friday. Metal Slug 6 and Gunbird 1 + 2 for the PS2.

I got 50 boxed/complete N64 games yesterday. Needed all of them for my collection.
The lady I bought them off of also let me have about 10 empty N64 boxes that she had no use for.
I'm going to start concentrating on my N64 Collection now. :)

Onyx-colored Nintendo DS Lite ($147.77) at Wal-Mart.
2 DVD's for $15: Blazing Saddles and The Green Mile
and Three's Company Season 8 for $29.83.

Keep in mind, I get 10% off at Wal-Mart, so I actually saved about $15 bucks on the DS Lite.

Three's Company Season 8 completes the series. It's the first show that I have completed on DVD for it's entire run. Hopefully they will release "The Ropers" and/or "Three's A Crowd"...

I'd go back and exchange it for something else, then wait a month and buy it then. ;)

I am very pleased with the GBA games, now i have something new to play on my GBA! Well, more likely my DS, but.. :)

Genesis:

Lethal Enforcers (With blue gun) - $5

At first i nearly passed this up, But i thought "Aren't these hard to find?" So i picked it up.

PS2:

Firefighter FD. 18 (Complete and very good cond.) - $22.49 at EB

I called around, and found a complete copy. I thought it would be a better game than this, The acting is borrrring. Probably going to sell it after i beat the game..


Systems and Acc.

Colecovision (With 2 controllers, power pack and original styrofoam) - $3

The colecovision was hard to see as it had the foam on top of it, But something caught my eye and it turned out to be a colecovision.

Super Game Boy (SNES Accessory, loose) - 50 cents

Didn't see the Super game boy on the first trip through the flea, But on the second go i found it.

I wondered around with a friend that was in town for the day and he bought a few things at different places but all I managed to grab was a free 4-episode anime DVD at Best Buy that contains the first episodes of:
Desert Punk, Basilisk, Trinity Blood, and Speed Grapher

I'd seen all but Speed Grapher at Otakon earlier this year. It also came with a butt load of trailers for over 20 other anime series and movies so if anyone goes near a Best Buy it's worth picking up to see what's going down with their anime section and releases.

Yes I was aware of that Special Edition. As I stated in another thread (at a different board), when movies are released as a 2-disc set... I rarely will watch the "Disc 2" a second time (if even a first). I think 90% of my 2-disc DVD's.... Disc 2 has been MAYBE watched once. It's all about Disc 1.... but yeah... I wonder what kind of extras Im giving up on in NOT buying the special edition one....

Oh well, Im happy with it, and that's all that matters. The Green Mile is an awesome movie... I have only seen it twice.. both times shortly after it came out on Home Video.

I don't even need the SNES, I just bought it for the controllers (me and a bunch of buddies/co-workers wanna have a Super Bomberman fest around halloween).

I've had clockwork knight before, and it was quite cool, like a platformer but 3d at the same time.

I was really happy with the boxed saturn - the main unit wasn't in great condition so i'm trading that in and switching it with my unboxed unit :D

Mystical Ninja - I haven't played it yet! I have a fair few n64 titles to work through first, aidyn chronicles being one of them, but pokemon silver is taking up all my time atm!

Whew..... been busy this month! I got the Ogre Battle today from Replays for 29.99!!

Saga frontier 2, like new I bought off a friend. Legendary Axe, 9.99 off ebay, Hokuto no Ken was 9.99, Zelda II was 17.99, And point blank 3 was $26. I've come into some extra cash lately, so I've been going going going! And I got a bushido blade 2 for 5.00 from a pawn shop. It needs some case cleaning though.

I tried to trade in my Xbox 1 but they wouldn't take it because it's from before a certain date, so it needs the reissued power supply. I've registered it with Microsoft, so apparently I should get a free power supply in the next month. If they'd taken the Xbox I wouldn't have spent any of my own money.

I was going to buy a VGA cable and a new monitor to go with the 360 but after I actually had to spend money (What's the world come to, eh? ;) ) on the 360, I was feeling a bit stingy.

a funny story.

Someone was trying to trade in a SNES at Book Broker, but they only take in a system if it has all the necessary hookups. Since there was no power cord, the Broker guys passed on the SNES. I was eyeing the copy of Link to the Past that Book Broker DID take in for trade, and the person trading in the game looked at me, and looked at the box with the SNES in it, and said, "You want this? I'll give it to you." I said yes, because I have spare SNES hookups. :) Included were the system, which I am in the process of cleaning, 2 first-party controllers, a set of AV cables, an RF switch, and some extras: a Nuby Saturn/PS1 light gun, a Quick Shot NES joystick, and a case and manual for Luigi's Mansion.

For once, I'm able to hang with the big boys.

Another DC Lightgun - $3 (the guy selling them wanted to charge me more but one of his employees told me it was $3 - he then proceeded to YELL at him for selling it without asking. :P)

I also got a used and beat up Sony Cybershot 3.2MP digital camera off eBay. It's got some cosmetic damage and included no cables, but at $33? Not a bad find. It works perfectly, I just need to get some good rechargable batteries. :) Sure beats the hell outta that crappy Aiptek Pencam I've used for the past two years!
