They're $20, because those two game are on sale this week (March 18-24). Their normal price is $29.99.
Yeah, but with the $5 off BB coupon, this $29.99 game is now $14.99...

It was my mistake on the whole day of defeat thing, when i posted it i was very tired and have been busy this week. I just got the ultimate war experience bundle mixed up with "day of defeat" I have no idea why but i did >.> thats the version i have - the bestbuy exclusive one.

Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII (Wal-Mart exclusive bonus poster calendar)
It's not a sticker, but part of the printed insert, and it has a picture of a pin-up girl in a "Uncle Sam" outfit, with the text, "Walmart Exclusive Bonus Poster Calendar).
Pretty cool. I've added it to the list.
Saw an interesting exlcusive today at lunch.

Made some corrections to the Master List on page 3 of this thread.
Added Disney's Meet the Robinsons to the Regular Releases section.
Moved Gears of War (Limited Collector's Edition) to the Special Editions section.
Confirmed that the "Bonus Inside" for the Tony Hawk's Project 8 was Wal-Mart, so that has been added to the Exclusives section.

Definitely saw a sealed Enchanted Arms without the cardboard slipcover and graphic novel at Target today, it was the only copy in their case ... maybe it received a small second run?

First - I had that FEAR bonus DVD on my spreadsheet, but forgot to add it to the list. Thanks for reminding me, I've added it on page 3.
As for the COD2: GOYE and the bonus CD is this (and I'm not certain what's on it - yet) - the regular COD2: GOYE says "Bonus DVD" on the cover, but there's nothing visible from the outside of the case.
What I saw at TRU was the same thing, only attached to the back under the shrinkwrap (on multiple copies) was a cd or dvd that had it's own cardboard slipcase.
My theory on this is that it was a bonus soundtrack, and was the TRU bonus, similar to the Wal-Mart soundtrack cd bonus for COD3.
I'll have to try and find a copy to confirm.

I knew that (but thanks!)
What I'm talking about is an actual 4-color cardboard sleeve (like the TRU exclusive Baten Kaitos soundtrack for Gamecube) that was inside the shrinkwrap.
Earlier copies of COD2: GOTYE at TRU (that I saw) had a similar cardboard sleeve inside the shrinkwrap. Again, I haven't confirmed this, but I think it's the soundtrack.
Anyone have this? If not - I'll see if I can find one.

It arrived, and is very cute.
In case anyone isn't sure what I'm talking about - go back a page or two in this thread.
It's the Special Edition Viva Pinata with the promo "caged" Pinata and Passport.
Since the SE Viva Pinata will run $50+ with tax, I basically got the promo stuff for free, as the auction with shipping ran me $54.
It's pretty cool, as far as promos items go.

When I read the description I wasn't sure if the cards came inside the box OR if the seller was including them as a bonus item.

I have no idea where it retailed from as I bought it from someone off of Ebay a few months back, but I need some cash to buy something else, so I had to list it.
It is ending soon, so if anyone wants to add it to their collection, it would be a good time to bid.

I bought the NBA 2K7 Trench had on eBay ... this one's a sticker. It's under the wrap, but it's a sticker. Not sure if you want to keep it as a variant or not, then.

As for the Battlestations: Midway graphic - its the same girl, only bigger, and with a much larger image of the words I described earlier.

I was at Best Buy today and saw "Marvel Ultimate Alliance Gold Edition". It comes with 4 new playable characters including The Hulk, Cyclops, Nightcrawler and Hawkeye, as well as 4 playable Super Villains — Venom, Magneto, Dr. Doom and Sabretooth.

Call of Juarez is now available on the US 360. Opened up the shipment this morning.

Anyway another variant people should consider that I havent seen mentiones are the following:
Forza 2 which has a limited edition version sold in CANADA but NOT the US
The bigs which has a "limited" 1st print cover with a different player on the cover at bestbuy in the US or futureshop in canada. The limited cover has Moreneau on the cover where all other stores sell a version that has pujols on the cover.

That one really threw me when it started showing up on eBay.
This week's Wal-Mart ad features NCAA 08 Football with a "Custom Covers" feature in the ad that reads: Ask about custom NCAA® team covers in the photo center! Available July 17.
What, do they have covers for every NCAA team in the photo dept.? Or can you print your own with a photo you provide? Anyone know what's going on?

What, do they have covers for every NCAA team in the photo dept.? Or can you print your own with a photo you provide? Anyone know what's going on?

I can answer this one. The actual retail cover is of Jared Zabransky (Boise St.) There are .pdf files of many (not all, mind you) mascot covers for several other Division I schools. These are downloadable, and you can print them off to substitute in your snap case.
They aren't sold like that at retail, just printable replacement inserts, that's all.

If you are counting demos, I believe there are dedicated demos to NBA 2k7 and a separate one for NHL 2k7.

I've got some editions to make to the Special Editions and Exlcusive sections.
However, I have one question to anyone who can confirm these FOR SURE:
1. The Forza Motorsport 2 Collector's Edition was not released in the US; I believe that it was released in Canada and Europe. Can anyone confirm that it was NOT released in the US?
2. I've yet to see a confirmation of the "Silver Surfer" unlockable exclusive at Wal-Mart for Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Can anyone confirm that they have this?
I can definitely confirm that the Limited Edition Nascar 08 is a Wal-Mart exclusive. More to come on that one.
Hopefully, others are still collecting 360... :)

I've made some additions to the list, as well as qualified the "Exclusives" section, so that you can see what is different than the "regular release" for the same title.
It should also be noted that some of the "Special Editions" have completely different packaging than their regular counterparts (i.e. Splinter Cell: Double Agent has a slip cover and a totally different insert; Viva Pinata has a special clamshell snap case, etc.)
As always, if I'm missing something, please let me know.

LOL - I actually just picked up my first 360 (an Elite), but won't open it until the end of the month.
As far as "hard to find" games, I would say not many. Here's my opinion on what I would grab, just because they're getting harder to find at retail - not necessarily because they'll be worth something someday.
Others may have different opinions, but since I'm literally looking at 360 games everyday (at several locations) to make sure I'm not missing anything - this is what I've observed.
Keep in mind, this is at retail only:
Being replaced with Platinum Hits version, so eventually will be hard to find new at retail...

In my opinion, these are the top five releases that are the hardest to come by in the wild are (not in any order):
1. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas (Limited Edition) (I've never seen this at retail)
2. Call of Duty 3: The Ultimate World War II Experience Box Set (Best Buy exclusive) Exclusive slip cover and pack-in (because this was Best Buy only, and they probably only made a limited amount, it will be one of the toughest to get - to date)
3. Call of Duty 2: Game Of The Year Edition (TRU exlcusive: bonus CD) Exclusive pack-in (this is very difficult to find - I saw them at TRU when I was looking for another game, and should have bought one. The CD was shrinkwrapped in a cardboard slip cover on the outside of the game snap case.)
4. Call of Duty 3 (Walmart exclusive: bonus sountrack CD) Exclusive pack-in (I've never seen this at retail or anywhere else for that matter, but it is confirmed that it does exist.)
5. Tony Hawk's Project 8 (Wal-Mart exclusive: "Bonus Inside" trading cards) Insert Variant and pack-in (Released once upon a time, when the game came out, it was sure to be a limited run. The one's they have now are just the regular release, so this may be a real toughie!)

I actually saw the LE of RSV just the other day, used, at a GS. Anyway, some Toys R Us retailers have been breaking the streetdate of BioShock, and on Neo-Gaf (forum) some users have gotten a hold of the regular editions. But, from these pics it looks like there is the basic 360 version but also a glossy, shiny version.

Now there might be two regular editions, but I do not know. It doesnt seem like it is the LE of BioShock because that game case looks like this.

Thanks for the list, it was very helpful. I can see that 360 collecting is going to be extremely painful with so many store exclusives >_<. I pity anyone trying to collect every variant for the system.
