I have several Intellivision systems, that no matter what I try, don't want to read any carts. I KNOW the carts are fine and really clean, and they work in 4-5 other systems. Is there a good way to get in there and clean these out?
Thanks,
Drew

Open those suckers up and clear out the dead roaches!
Seeking display quality copy of I Want My Mommy for the 2600... if you have one, PM me, I will pay/trade well.
From least invasive to most invasive:
1) compressed air into cart slot
2) 50/50 distilled water and ISOPROPANOL solution with a new toothbrush, and scrub the slot. No need to have it dripping wet, just moisten the bristles. Then dry well with a thin cloth (not paper towel unless you want to risk leaving bits behind) and a credit card.
If these are Inty 1's, I've seen black screen as a result of an out of spec internal power supply, and due to dead internals, like the logic board. Could be a couple of things. Might as well clean the slot and cross your fingers...

Thanks for the tips. I have about a dozen of these, so I'm hoping at least a few of them are just too dirty. I may open up a working one and use that as a standard to eliminate the power supply possibility.
Thanks,
