I only have a very small handful of sealed games. I bought 2 of them at Wal-Mart YEARS after they were out of print. One copy was Home Improvement for the SNES I bought in 2005. It had been sitting there for almost a decade. The sticker price was $49.99. I refused to pay that much for it. This is like the only time you can actually haggle with a store like that. I talked them down to $15.
About a year before I found a copy of Final Fantasy IX black label for $19.99. It had fallen behind the shelves when they changed the department around. I bought that sucker right up.
I found a copy of D2 for Dreamcast at Toys R Us for $5 in 2003.
That's about it. I almost never even look at sealed games unless the price is really really low.
