Yesterday I picked up games from Best Buy, Circuit City and Gamestop. I meant to check out Goodwill, but I just didn't feel like it.
Best Buy
Harvest Moon: Magical Melody (GC, PC version, new) - $9.99
I'm particularly excited about this find because I went to this store and passed it up 3 times when I saw it there in the value display around the holidays. Then, they dismantled the value display and moved all the games back into the storeroom. When I went back yesterday, I found it hiding behind a copy of Happy Feet for GC in the Wii section. Since Gamestop is now charging $17.99 used for this game, I'm glad I got it for a good price.
Circuit City
Snoopy vs. The Red Baron (PS2, new) - $16.96 (Not sure if I'll keep it yet, but it's the only one I've seen at any Circuit City and Play magazine gave it good reviews. Hopefully, it will drop to $8.96 soon so I can get a price match plus.)
Gamestop
Firefighter F.D. 18 (PS2, complete) - $27.99
Impossible Mission (DS, new) - $9.99
Lifeline (PS2, complete) - $3.69
Rave Master (GC, complete) - $13.49
Swashbucklers: Blue vs. Gray (PS2, complete) - $13.49
I was pretty excited to find Firefighter F.D. and Rave Master yesterday because those are at the very least uncommon games. I just picked up Swashbucklers because it's a budget game I haven't seen used anywhere before, but the case has an odd smell, so I'm gonna alcohol it down and spray it with Febreze...trust me, it needs it.
