NTSC Nes Question.

I understand that most game will play but its not really what i was asking.
I relise now that these might be a little confusion over my first post so ill explain a little more here.

Like most other older consoles PAL games run slower than NTSC games.
Im not sure this is the case with every NES game but it is for some anyway.
Castlevania 2 for example.
Basically i just wanted to know, if i ran my PAL cart of castlevania 2 on a NTSC NES would it then run at the speed of the NTSC version? Or would have have to buy an NTSC cart too?

Or am i off base again here.....
The only fact i know is that castlevania 2 is running slower than it should be and im using a PAL console with a PAL game.....

It should run at NTSC speed, although the music will sound out of tune (taking from my experience).
