Many sellers did this to cover fees and make an extra profit. I would hear "reasons" on why this was an ok practice...some sellers had the audacity to charge for "time spent" on mailing an item. One asshole charged extra to GET SNACKS while doing the "chore" (mailing an item).

Tell him to return your money and cancel the transaction so that he won't pay any fees. No, I am not siding with the seller, because once he does this, NEG THE ASSHOLE TO HELL. And make sure you give him his deserved 1's in DSR's. Hurt him plenty.

And to be nice, it would be nice if Lemarchand's box was real. You could send it to him as a gift...
