Right, so. Story time.
Yesterday... I found a ton of albums I wanted. I had like fourteen albums all lined up, with tons of music from back when I was in highschool. I was going to get them all... until I inspected the discs. They were so scratched it almost made me cry. I ended up grabbing these two:
KRBE Collector Disc #2: New Music Zone Edition (1993, not for resale promotional V/A compilation)
MTV Amp (1998 V/A compilation)
(Links go to their respective RYM pages with tracklists.)
They're pretty good. Amp has quite a bit of one-hit wonders from my highschool years.
Today's finds:
Robocop 2 OST: $2
Inspector Gadget score (promotional): $1
Adam Ant: Antics in the Forbidden Zone: $1
Diablo: $1
Point Blank 3, Wipeout 3, Star Wars Ep. 1 Jedi Power Battles: $2 EACH O_o
YES, TWO BUCKS EACH. There was this one booth setting up and they just tossed a bucket with a ton of games and pads inside. Most games were sports games (racing, golf or football) but I noticed Wipeout 3 first. I picked it up and was amazed at the price, so I bought it. A bit later I picked up Jedi Power Battles. The seller told me they were bringing out more stuff, so I waited. Point Blank 3 was in that lot so I grabbed it right away. ALL GAMES ARE MINT. Woo.
On the way out, I saw that guy who sold me Scurge: Hive and KOF 98 Ultimate Match a few months ago. He had a few more games, and I picked up both of these for $10. I remember Back to Stone being kinda hyped for some reason... I forget why. But it stood out in my mind enough to purchase it. The box is kinda dinged up but it's still new.
