Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

Anyways, I went to Goodwill today, spent an inordinate amount of time scouring the store b/c I hate to make the trip out to this one and leave empty-handed. They had tons upon tons of CDs just sort of thrown around and the last time I was there I found a handful of Japanese cds (Gakt, Luna Sea, etc) as well as a couple of cheap PS1 games mixed in. I've also found a couple import PS1 games mixed in there in the past. So I was digging around and all of a sudden after moving a pile of cds off of another pile of cds (to see what cd was lurking there b/c it didn't have a back insert), I almost had a heart attack. Staring up at me was the cover of Fantastic Night Dreams Cotton. Oh if only. Turned out to be a bootleg of the game with a laser printed front cover. I don't even know what system the game ran in (probably PC). The disc referred to it as "Cotton II." XD Well, I think if it had been the real thing, no one would have believed I got it at Goodwill. Heck I wouldn't have believed it. Still, weird thing to find regardless.
Can you guys tell I haven't been having much luck lately? Best I've found was that Spelljammer game and I still don't know what (if anything) it's worth.
Where did that pokemon gold originally come from? A display unit?

I picked up loose copies (with case and keys) of Starcraft (version 1.0!), Starcraft: Brood War and Diablo II: Lord of Destruction today. $5 for all.
I think I got a nice deal from a local store.
$20 for a loose Demon's Crest. A little damage on the caution label, but otherwise in great condition.
Decided to also get a couple Genesis games at $5 each.
Insector X with case, slightly ripped label and rental stickers. They also had a loose copy without rental stickers but the label was also damaged. So, I think I made the better choice.
Also, Viewpoint with case and manual. It was also a rental copy, and a small bit of fading on the spine and cover. But still in nice shape aside from the rental stickers.
For essentially what I'd pay in shipping alone from ebay, nice.

Large haul this time. Near all that's worth a mention is pictured. Much of it included no cables or anything else as you can see (sucks not being able to test the items using rechargeable batteries). It's mostly to flip toward better stuff. I mean, really. I will not collect SNES auto racing games.

Hmm. You might be unto something there. We all know how Atlus games are. With that GP-1, I don't see one single CIB US version for sale on ebay. In any condition even putrid beat up used.

l got lucky today at a flea market and pulled out two Factory Sealed NES games. Any idea what Vindicators is worth? There aren't any bins on eBay for me to compare it to.
