He is lying in that little note to eBay. The Public Domain roms for MAME (if there is any) would not require 6 DVDs to burn. I don't begrudge someone selling a service like disk burning and binary corralling (sometimes the time saved is worth it), but the implicit dishonesty rather is what rubs my rhubarb.
