Yes, if Nintendo would put the game on the Virtual Console THEN you could get it for a fraction of the price. :P

The USA Donkey Kong arcade level order is:
Level 1: 1, 4
Level 2: 1, 3, 4
Level 3: 1, 2, 3, 4
Level 4: 1, 2, 1, 3, 4
Level 5+: 1, 2, 1, 3, 1, 4

And for Donkey Kong Junior the level order here is:
Level 1: 1, 4
Level 2: 1, 2, 4
Level 3: 1, 3, 4
Level 4: 1, 2, 3, 4
Level 5: 1, 2, 1, 3, 4 (same as arcade DK L4)
Level 6+: 1, 2, 1, 3, 1, 4 (same as arcade DK L5)
