Also, if the guy had been a "decent enough person" he would have notified him as soon as all 4 games came and told him. Not when the sender told him he had his signature for all 4 parcels and he got scared without thinking. Their is no such thing as half honesty. Guess he simply forgot to put on his wizard hat...
