Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Duo. If it were me, I would not bother attempting to tear it apart and fix it myself. Considering your investment, I think it would be worth your while to send it back to the manufacturer for repairs. It may cost you a few bucks, but I think it's worth it to make sure it's properly repaired. I am looking to buy a new system, any advice as to where would be a good place to look? Should I check out hhgregg? What do you think?
