Ok I am going to go out on a limb here and say the one on top is most likely your American board and the 2 on the bottom are Japanese.
the only reason I say this is because the only discernible difference between the 2 is where they placed the bar code with what looks like a serial number.

one has it on the cart slot side and the other 2 have it on the reverse side.
i'm supprised not to see any thing else different between the 2
