Yes. Depending on your set up you might need to download a ebook app, but it can be done. According to the site, they offer both PDF and "Ebook versions", which I really hope means EPUB (Edit: Confirmed, EPUB it is.).

Loads them just fine. I've converted a few things to PDF on my Paperwhite. I've got my Zelda manga from NIntendo from the early 90s on there, the entire 3" thick BONE paperback with every chapter on there, and I've got I think a few other bits as well and have had others in the past as well. As long as the conversion isn't crap it displays phenomenally very well. I've had cases of a scan that had the print really tiny, and even if it was a pain to read, it still was legible even if the font was probably like size 2-4...horribly small but still legible.

No clue, but probably. I have a Nook and I find EPUB to be easier to use and adjust if needs be than PDF. That, and I don't use the default reader, I use one I downloaded off GooglePlay, so the DRM isn't an issue.

I have all the Scroll issues on my Kindle and use the default PDF viewer that comes installed with it, no problems at all.

I can load them, but they are very large in comparison to eBooks and the pagination in not always right in Kindle. I have a bunch of EG issues on my Kindle, and they work just okay. I might try both to see which works best.
