Nintendo Switch Sure Has Turned out to be a Ports Machine

I thought Achievements/Trophies was one of those things people hated about the previous gen? (especially when they were like participation medals)

Im pretty sure you can disable the trophies if you really dont like them. I dont see why people would hate them. I feel that having trophies adds more depth to the games; more objectives and things to accomplish.
