Should I get Minecraft on Switch?

My main beef with Minecraft is that it makes me motion sick.

What if you change the camera view settings and disable the bobbing movement when moving? Or are these settings not present in the variant of Minecraft you are playing? Do other first-person games have this motion-sickness effect on you?
