Golf: Golf Story
Golf Story is legitimately one of the best games on the Switch, and it is getting a sequel next year. It's made by an indie developer with a lot of talent. I've got to add that though its golfing mechanics are sound, it has a lot of traits of an RPG in it too and doesn't necessarily take itself seriously.
