I'm not familer with either name, so I'm going to guess not. Looking them up, there are several Book Offs in California, but most of them are a fair drive from me. As for Eco Town, another one I've never heard up. Looking them up, there are two in California, one in a city I've never heard of before. As much as I've traveled this state, that doesn't happen too often. In any case, both are also pretty far.

If you like Japanese games/manga, I always recommend Kinokuniya. I used to drop in yearly during the Cherry Blossom Festival and normally picked up an item or two.
