Hopefully if it goes again it can recover properly. we're still riding a false economy since the shutdown and now we are paying for all that govt. money we got to "live" on for free. Atleast in the states.

I didn't get to live off free money, I was still employed from before and after covid hit. And after recently becoming unemployed, thankfully I have money saved up because the maximum UI pays out in Alabama and FL is $275. Pretty ridiculous. If someone didn't already own their own home that's not even enough to live off of.

Before covid FL was a lot higher, they gave away all this money to people who weren't employed and were never even looking for jobs for years and now the people who actually worked don't get anything.

Let me take a backstep from that because I do know that there are people who legitimately couldn't find jobs, but I also know there were a lot of people who just sat back to collect money. I don't want to generalize anymore and say everyone did, but there were a lot of people who did.
