Looking back on the journey this game took in order to be made, it really amazes me that it was finished. This is by far one of the best Genesis games made, and for it to be put together the way it was, it makes my head spin. I would like to thank all the people who worked so hard on this product! You did an amazing job and for everyone who played the game, THANK YOU!

Well done guys! It is an amazing game and I am sure your journey to make it, is something you all can be very proud of!!!

Anyone who has not ordered one yet(when they are back in stock), you really need to experience this one!!!

Thanks man. We worked really hard and were near giving up many times, but in the end we had no option but to succeed and complete the game. We are very glad when we get feedback from people who bought it.

The game will be for sale again later this month.

This is probably a question you get a lot but I was wondering weather this is planned to be a one shot or if the watermelon team is planing any other genesis or otherwise releases?

Damn, I've yet to play the game!

It's sitting, slowly rotting away into nothingness, it's contacts oxidizing slowly under the humidity of the tropical atmosphere.

I can't wait to try to get this game. Last time I tried ordering it they weren't accepting new orders. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

The graphics and gameplay look amazing from what I've seen in videos, and the music is just beautiful. It really looks well worth the money. I can't wait!

Looking at their forum a re-release was planned for September but kept getting delayed until now where it says it will be released in January. So I guess sometime this month?

I've been waiting on this game since its conception (I think it was Elodn's Inn or something).

I'd like to know if there is any way to be notified when its available for order. I order the first print, but Paypal was down that day, then i forgot about it and my copy was sold to someone else because i didnt check my email in time. :(

When I bought my 1st edition copy last year I used PayPal.

At the moment, they accept Paypal and Credit Cards :) Also, a bit off topic but related to this subject: take that you ebay/amazon scarpers!

Oh good, they have more options than just Paypal. If I can scrape up some extra cash, I'd seriously consider grabbing the game. I'll have to see if any of my stuff on Craigslist sells first. Hopefully, the game isn't sold out by then.

2 questions:

1: What's the difference between the reprint edition and the other other editions that were sold? I think the first print edition had a color manual and Genesis style clam shell case and one of the other reprint editions didn't include all of that? This reprint edition seems to be very close to the first edition?

2: Does the OST that's for sale have the CD that you can use to play right along with the cart in a Sega CD console?

Thanks!

I emailed WaterMelon about this since no one here seems to know. I'll post what they say.

From the website description for the OST...

Disc 4 is our famous Enhanced Soundtrack Disc, the Mega-CD/Sega CD disc to be played with any Pier Solar cartridge.

There you go :)

Thank you VACRMH. I missed that.

I got an answer from WaterMelon too in case anyone is interested.

Hello :)
1: The very first edition that was sold as preorder long time ago is "classic & posterity" edition (cardboard box + CD inside + bigger goodies set). The plastic boxes are always REPRINTs. All REPRINT editions looks same, with very minor (that nobody will notices) tweaks. All version have color box, booklet & goodies of course!
2: Yes :) One of the cd inside the OST is the famous CD that plays with the game.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks.
This is good to know because I could've sworn that one of the reprint editions was in black and white.

Originally they were going to be, but we didn't want to skimp on the reprint edition so we added color to the manual. We didn't officially announce that we'd changed our minds because we wanted it to be a surprise. :)

Just got mine in the mail yesterday and holy shit the packaging is awesome.
Reminds me of Working Designs w/ all the posters/stickers and the full colored manual etc.
I'll be playing this all weekend.
