Not really super finds or anything... But I picked up Rogue Leader for GC CIB @ a local game store for $7.50. Then at a pawn shop I found Capcom Classics Collection CIB on XBOX for 8.00 and a working logitech wireless XBOX controller for $15.00 in great condition. I love these controllers and I'm glad I found a second for my XBOX at a reasonable price.

Seems the people at my local BB got a little lazy in pulling their penny guides. So between yesterday and today I got a decent haul of penny guides. I got more than pictured but gave some of them away to friends that had the games:

is there any kind of schedule for when guides get pennied out? for whatever reason I'm a sucker for strategy guides, and would love to make a haul like this. I went to my best buy today, but all I found was a couple Final Fantasy II guides. I'm not complaining, but I'd love to get one of those God of War II and Gears guides.

An old friend from school called me up on my way to class today. He spotted a Nomad and some NES games at a Goodwill and I picked them up.

Nomad + ratty but intact box + Super Wrestlemania cartridge stuck in the slot (huzzah!)
Double Dragon
Dragon Warrior
SMB3 x2 (!)
Gotcha! The Game (Not as uncommon as I had thought, but still a nice find, I've heard!)
Ocarina of Time soundtrack - decent playable condition, but there's only four tracks on the disc; lame
+ student discount ($.50 off each NES game which was originally $5 - I never had looked at the discount closely before; that's not bad at all!)
= $32.84

I passed up a few NES games: Super C [ :( ], Wrestlemania, Excitebike, some NBA game which might actually be a bit uncommon, but I couldn't remember the title to look it up later, the obligatory SMB/DH combo cart, and also some other games - NBA Jam for Playstation (I think) in a partially bashed longbox, Turok 2 cartridge - already have that one in the house - Sewer Shark CD in a bare jewel case, and Jewel Quest, I think. I even saw a Fortress of Dr. Radiaki CD on the shelf, but passed it up as I've got to make a payment soon.

It's been awhile but I found River City Ransom for $4 dollars today. I'm pretty happy since I've wanted it for awhile but never wanted to pay too much for it.

My only find so far (From Game-X-Change):

- .hack//Mutation (PS2. Very good shape with instructions & bonus DVD): $20

Passed up:

- Banjo-Tooie [NOT FOR RESALE] (N64. Some label damage): $15 (As much as I wanted to buy it, I didn't have enough to get it and .hack (And the original .hack games are a bitch to find in my area))
