Been a while since I posted my finds, though I have found some neat stuff in the past few months. No longer have access to a digital camera though...
At any rate here are my finds thus far this month...
Scored from Icrawing55
Gamecube Kiosk Disc 15 (complete)
Gamecube Kiosk Disc 20 (complete)
From the dirt mall this morning
Adventures of Lolo (loose) - $2
River City Ransom (loose) - $2
Super Mario Bros. 2 (loose and extremely faded) - $2
Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose (factory sealed) - $6
Bon Jovi & Poison CDs - $2 each :D
It's rare to find sealed retro games at my dirt mall, and even rarer not to have to fork over a fortune to get it. I'd already owned a cart-only copy of Buster Busts Loose, but I HAD to get it, if only to appease the dirt mall gods, which apparently they did.
The NES games I got from an elderly couple who were cleaning out their basement (and judging from the dirt, they'd been down there a while), and the older gentleman was reminicing about how his kids used to play those games, long before they got "those Xboxes and whatnot". Oddly enough, I'd been thinking about searching out a copy of Adventure of Lolo just yesterday, since I didn't really give it a fair chance back in the day, so that was a pleasant find. RCR is going to a friend of mine, and SMB2 is most likely going to be a donor cart for an NES repro. :)

Today I got:
The Neverhood (PC) CD + manual = $3
StarFire LightBlaster gun (DC) = $3
I also found a large cache of boxed NES games (Double Dragon, TMNT 1 and 2, Spy Vs Spy, Metroid, Zelda 1, Blaster Master and a few others) but the seller wanted $5 each... I may go back there tomorrow and try to talk her into lowering the prices, but I dunno yet.

Flea Market..
It was cold but a nice enough day for the flea market to be big...Yet it was small..
What I noticed is the main vendors, people that are always there weren't..I think they may have been at some other flea market type event going on somewhere else.
Fist thing I ran into was a SNES system in box...I got for $60.00 with all the NES,SNES stuff in the picture.Robot etc..(((All going on the Bay..
He came down from $70.00 to $65.00 to $60.00..He actually had it sold for $70.00 but the guy walked away to go get his Son..(as he told me)
I may have passed it all up if there was more to see,but that was it...slim Pickens.
Coca Cola truck $4.00
PS2 Resident Evil Outbreak, complete, mint $3.00...I love that vendor as his games and DVDs are always $3.00
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v21/Chris1/CAGPMTT41023-1.jpg
Took a ride over to Garden State Mall...Looking though the ton of $9.99 and under bin games at Gamestop I picked up Armored Core,Another Age.
I don't know if it's any good..I'm just on the niche for Mech games after playing Lost Planet.
Picked up GC Jungle Beat for $14.99 and extra Bongos for $5.00

Today I bought a Sega 32X from someone through Craig's List. The system is complete with all of the cords, including the 2 hard to find ones that attach to the Genesis. The only thing missing are the metal plates. Sega Genesis sold separately........:)
It also came in a sweet rental case, since it was originally rented by a video store near my home. The price was $20 and the picture below is of the actual unit I bought, as posted on Craig's List.

What do you mean by "2 hard to find ones that attach to the Genesis"

What games did you get with it
You're the second person to ask me that. It didn't come with any games. As I am sure you know, though, the 2 cords that attach to the Genesis are pretty hard to find and are almost worth the $20 I paid. The rental case is pretty nice, too.

I got three GameCube games in the mail today...
Odama came new and complete but the large box flap at the bottom came open (it was sent in an envelope rather than a box). I didn't realize this game used a microphone which is included.
Donkey Konga means I now have 2 of the 3 GameCube games that use the bongo drums. The only one I don't have now is Donkey Konga 2.
Super Bubble Pop also came new and sealed.
Yes, I've definitely been on a GameCube buying binge so far this year...

I think I saw Donkey Konga 2 on sale at Amazon.com but if it's the one I am remembering, they still have it at a big price of about $55. Marketplace sellers probably have it for less, though. I'll have to go check it out.
I still have coming Madden NFL 07 (my first GC Madden game, believe it or not) and the upcoming Radio Allergy.

I warn you and this is just my opinion, but Madden on the GC can be frustrating as compared to PS2 and XBOX. Control wise its hard to execute some stuff.

Well, I can't cancel that order since it's from a Marketplace seller and is likely already on the way.
By the way, I rechecked and it was the first Donkey Konga that's $55 at Amazon.com. The second is about $20.

I doubt it will make the game any less enjoyable unless you have played it on prior systems. Either way play the hell out of it since you got it.

Managed to get a DS for 3.99 at a Pawn Shop. That made me pretty happy, although I already owned one. It was dead and would not start up which made me nervous, but a recharge at home and it was fully ok. I'll probably end up selling it on ebay with several games that I am tired of as I cannot think of a reason to keep it.
I got a box of random PC cd-roms in boxes for $10.00 at a flea market. The dealer guy was egging me on to purchase it saying the junk was worth loads on ebay and other BS, but I knew better and that he was saying anything to get me to buy it. It was mostly junk, but the one worth mentioning and probably worth a bit of moola was "The Sci-fi Collection" of Infocom games by Activision. It's something I wanted for years as it has Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Starcross, Stationfall and others that I owned on the C64 years ago. I kept 3 other games and will be giving to the salvation army about 10 others that are not worth holding onto.
Yesterday at the flea market I managed to get a SNES Super Scope 6 for $10.00. It was in box and excellent shape, but without a cart. I got it home and discovered it was without the thing to plug into the SNES system as well. DOH! It's ok as I really planned only to use it as a display item/conversation piece, but it really pissed me off not to have that essential part which I'll never find loose. Yet, I was happy enough to find this in the wild after all these years of wanting one.
Last week, at a different pawn shop, I got Sega Saturn In the Hunt and Shining Wisdom for $10.00 each. They had a lot of interesting games there, but they was so out of touch with what used games should fetch, like $10.00 for GBs PS1 PS2 GC Xbox, $15.00 GBAs, $25 PSP and DS, no matter what titles they be.
Two other game related purchases I made during the month was some at Salvation Armies. A 3rd party Genesis turbo controller (surprisenly I never owned one, yet I have at a least dozen normal controllers) and a spongebob PS2 controller in like new shape. Both bought cheaply under $2.00.

I <3 Craiglist
Thanks to the beauty of Craiglist I snagged another Saturn and ten boxed games for $70. Included was Guardian Heroes and Dragon Force. Dragon Force will need to be buffed out to work (it doesn't load right now) but everything looks beautiful--including all the manuals. I already have a copy of Guardian, so this one is up for the taking and is minty. Chaching.

February has been a SPECTACULAR month for me. Here is the buttload of items I have received via eBay:
Snatcher, everything included (even the foam insert) AND the Justifier gun: Only for $80
ICO: $20
Typing of the Dead, complete and w/keyboard: $30
Cannon Spike: $25
Elemental Gearbolt (no manual, unfortunately, but it didn't cost much): $15
Virtua Cop 1 and 2 WITH the Stunner: $35
And thanks to lemmy_kilmister, I'm currently waiting on Kaze Kiri. We agreed to $76, and I do believe we'll both be satisfied with the result. Man, these are some damn good deals. I can't believe how lucky this year's been. :D
One more thing: I can't remember if it's this or last month that I snagged Gitaroo Man, but I got that recently as well for... I don't remember exactly... $25, I think? I'm focusing more on semi-modern games that are in CD form and hard to find. It has been a fruitful search thus far. \\^_^/

Too many games to list here, but I was pretty happy about all the Castlevania games (1, 2, 3, Bloodlines, Chronicles, SotN) and FFVII and Tactics (both originals). The list the guy typed up for me is here (http://home.comcast.net/~evanwink/gamelot.html), but I think he missed a few. Paid 280 for the lot... a good chunk of change, but worth it I think. Yay Craigslist! Unfortunately I can't afford to collect/keep everything, so I'm selling a lot of it.
