Getting blown off is normal in my profession, it was pretty much a cold call after all, but I'm not exaggerating when I say they said "I ain't got time for all that" and hanging up.

I'm not offended but it did leave me saying "hello? hello?" for a few moments.

Edit: I guess I should add that I was only assuming it was the owner, really could have been anybody who answers the phone.
