"Devil's in the details" pops to mind when it comes to Gamestop. It's not just one little thing that tick gamers off, it's a LOT of little things. Kinda like sitting on a chair with pointy rock hiding in the cushion. Instead of one, there's ten. Funny, with the billions in profit, you'd think they invest some of those funds in a think tank to improve customer service (even if they're "minor").

Me thinks they've gotten too big for their britches and developed a swelled head as a result of "monopolitus". (Side effects include rapid white hair growth above the lip, top hat compulsiveness, and addicted to colored paper with numbers. ) Do you guys sometimes think it'd been better if Gamestop "dissolved" back to EB, Funcoland, Software Etc? You know before GS gobbled them up.
