"Devil's in the details" pops to mind when it comes to Gamestop. It's not just one little thing that tick gamers off, it's a LOT of little things. Kinda like sitting on a chair with pointy rock hiding in the cushion. Instead of one, there's ten. Funny, with the billions in profit, you'd think they invest some of those funds in a think tank to improve customer service (even if they're "minor").
Me thinks they've gotten too big for their britches and developed a swelled head as a result of "monopolitus". (Side effects include rapid white hair growth above the lip, top hat compulsiveness, and addicted to colored paper with numbers.) Do you guys sometimes think it'd been better if Gamestop "dissolved" back to EB, Funcoland, Software Etc? You know before GS gobbled them up.
