I guess at this point my single rarest item is a recently acquired Xbox Launch Team console, the one that says "Great Work! Bill Gates" on the jewel. Sadly, it didn't come with the special green Duke controllers though.

Haha, I'm just reporting what I'd read so far.

Other sources say it's not. I guess I was just looking for feedback.

It's hard to place a cash value on some items. What's my non-working Ultravision shell worth? Or even the case of a Sega Neptune (also non-working)? Astrocade Demo cart (which just seems to cycle through the built-in games)? None of these items are especially enjoyable. The most valuable items in my collection, to me, are my original carts from childhood. They've been with me throughout my awareness of video games, worn labels and all. Still working! Priceless.

Some odd controller I own is probably the "rarest" item in my collection.
Maybe the Sony Dual Analog flight sticks or the Taito Vaus controllers for NES, Playstation, and NDS. Or perhaps my Wico Command Controllers and keypad for 5200. Or the Woodgrain Dreamcast controller.

One of the items I'm most proud of is an official Do Re Mi Fantasy guidebook.
That and the Zanac guidebook I found years ago.

Probably my SA2:Birthday pack from Japan. Thing is DAMN NEAR MINT.
Small (SMALL SMALL SMALL) tear on the top of the box where the sticker holding them together was, why I opened it like that and not cutting the damn sticker I'll never know. It's probably worth somewhere around 30-40 bucks. I don't have many rares, hell, I probably only have about 40-50 games for all my systems combined (Somewhere around 25 on Atari 2600, only cause they are so dirt cheap I have so many.)

Liquid Kids on the Saturn with spinecard, an insanely priced game, but near and dear to me.

Excellent game! and the Saturn port is tops!
The Taito Legends version glitches out on my PS2.

I recall back around 1999 when I first got a computer and discovered NCSX.com, they were clearing out copies of Liquid Kids for $30. ...I had no interest in colorful 2D games and scoffed at the notion of wasting money on such a game.
Maybe 5 or 6 years later I became familiar with Liquid Kids and wanted to own a copy. It took years of monitoring eBay before I was able to buy a copy for less than $100.

One of my rarest items would have to be the "Rez Perfect Intoxication Set"
Unfortunately the vibrating headphones don't vibrate any longer.

Lik-Sang was literally giving these away, brand new, back in '05. I got one when I bought a modded Dreamcast from them.

Uh, let's see what I could list here:

CIB Panzer Dragoon Saga
CIB X-Com UFO Defense PS1
CIB Terranigma UK
CIB Doremi Fantasy
CIB Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari PC Engine
CIB Parasol Stars JP

There may be more; I'm just going off the top of my head right now

i liked sonic spinball too
my cousin had it and when i was younger would goto my aunts house and play that game!
i have it now on my sonic collection disc for the xbox.
The problem with it that i feel gamers had is it seemed so rough.

The animation seemed very rough (like when you make sonic curl up and charge up for a spin attack the animation seemed i guess the best way to describe it is blocky) and the audio was kinda bad even for sega genesis. The controls seemed kinda glitchy on some of the levels (the second one where you gotta propel sonic up the shoot with the air cannons by pushing the action button... you had to time that thing pitch perfect or else it wouldn't work which frustrated gamers like myself)

If you can get past those things... Its actually a really fun game!

my rarest.. god i don't even know now that i have this crazy amount of games i bought in the past 5 months.
i'd have to go through them and look em up and everything.

Just noticed that GameCube Action Replays are worth quite a bit. I have a CIB Action Replay Limited Edition w/ 64 MB Memory Card. There's a completed CIB listing on ebay that went for $215. So that's probably my most valuable.

Also, I hear that the PSX Analog controller (not Dualshock) is rare. I have one of those too.
