Also, I still can't beat the last Chapter of Fire Emblem (for the GBA)...Last time I realized it was actually impossible with my remaining crew and had to restart, and I hope that's not how it's going to turn out this time.

16. Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES) - Yeah, I know, I really hadn't beaten it before... I can see better now why people love it so much. Really hard levels later in the game, but really easy bosses all the way through... kind of odd. Anyway though, simply amazing game, definitely one of the best in the series, even if it's still not my favorite one.

PSP - Final Fantasy I

I finished the main game and after working through the first 10 floors of each of the extra dungeons, I think I'm just gonna put this one back on the shelf. I don't need to finish every inch of those dungeons. The extremely boring, repetitive and easy random encounters do not make the cool boss fights worth my time. Think I'll pop FF II in next.

Another addition to my finished game list: Pokemon Fire Red! I'd got as far as Seafoam Island back in 2007 but when I got my DS I kind of forgot about GBA games for a while. I only recently started playing this again and have finally made it to the end! The last battle was extremely close... only my items saved me. :D

18. Sonic Spinball (GG) (wow, is this easier than the Genesis game! And it's fun, too! The Genesis one is interesting, but too punishingly hard... this is better.)

Dragon Ball Z Infinite World. Beat the game on all normal missions. Going to try and finish everything from Very Easy to Normal with a Z ranking. I won't bother trying it on hard. Beating the final enemies on Normal was hard enough. Omega Shenron kicked my ass without special attacks but I happened to get a Z ranking on him when I finally did beat him. Omega Shenron with the Dragon Balls absorbed was a joke with SS4 Gogeta.

It's been quite a while since I had played this game, and this was my first time finishing the second quest. I'll probably look into picking up some of the other Zelda games, since they're all exceptional titles.

I finally beat Call of Duty 4 after three months of on and off play. Overall it was a pretty cool game, more suited to those who like to run around in packs. I enjoy the team thing but I also like going solo guns blazing. That might just be a reflection of my impulsive personality but "shooting first" and "asking questions never" has always been fun to me. Anyway, I'm now ready for Modern Warfare 2 but I'm still going to play thru COD4 again for the extra achievements.

After getting all the endings to Ar Tonelico 2, I beat this game and it was very repetitive with the end feeling like a math quiz

Mirror's Edge. Very unique game. I like the speedrun aspect you get after beating the game even though I kindof suck at it. The speedrun mode is actually getting me better at the game than I was when playing through the story mode because I'm doing the same stages over to try and get a better time.

This was a very fun playthrough. The games are all very well done and all seem like they were actual NES/Famicom games back in the 80s. I'd say this game is worth a playthrough for any retro gamers that haven't already played it.

39. Mega Man II (NES)

As not to double post, I'll just edit this one. Buster Only run, with the exception of the two boss fights where you can't deal damage with the buster. This wasn't nearly as hard as the first game, and in fact, I didn't even use a continue until I got to Wily, so it was challenging, but not quite as ridiculous as the first game.

40. Mega Man III (NES)

Another notch on the belt, I attempted this one as a Buster only and got close, but I eventually gave in and just finished the game normally due to frustration. Still a lot of fun to play through and one of my favorites in the classic series.

41. Mega Man IV (NES)

I really wasn't planning on beating this tonight, but I just got going and by the time I got to Cossack's Citadel I just figured I may as well beat the game. I did this one as a buster only run and it was significantly easier than any of the previous games. This ranks in my top 3 for the classic series and it has some great music, so I'm always happy to have another playthrough for this one.

I just beat Star Wars: The Force Unleashed the other day and today I beat the dlc Jedi Temple mission. It's a really cool game that is mawled by the extremely poorly implimented Star Destroyer sequence. It took me almost 2 hours to beat that part and after checking message boards at Lucas Arts, it took some people 6+ hours and they still couldn't beat it. It's actually bugged in the 360 and PS3 version and thats why everyone has issues with it. Well, everyone except those that bought the Wii version because you can't play that section--it's just a cut scene in the Wii version.

Crimson Gem Saga. The two secret bosses are the hardest bosses and probably impossible bosses if not for Grace of God. The last boss was hard, not as hard as the two secret bosses, but technically harder since you couldn't use Grace of God. Not one of the best games ever, but it's definitely a solid title.
